Alt Heidelberg — Restaurant in Barcelona

absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Wir waren eine Gruppe von zehn Frauen und hatten einen schrecklichen Besuch im Restaurant "Alt Heidelberg" in Barcelona. Das Essen war größtenteils kalt, ein Menü war verdorben, Tomaten waren schimmelig, Pommes roh und alles fade. Der Chef war unhöflich, kritikunfähig und respektlos. Als wir die Probleme auf Englisch ansprachen, wechselte er die Sprache zu Spanisch und sagte uns: "Wir sind in Spanien, hier hat man Spanisch zu sprechen…." Keine Kulanz wurde gezeigt, und wir mussten die komplette Rechnung bezahlen. Zusätzlich wurden wir durch drei männliche Mitarbeiter die am Eingang mit breiten Schultern standen eingeschüchtert. Zumindest hat das Flaschenbier geschmeckt.;-) Für uns hat das Lokal minus 5 Sterne verdient. Dieses Restraunte ist kein Beispiel für gute Deutsche Küche! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

No mostró ninguna buena voluntad y tuvimos que pagar la factura completa. También nos sentimos intimidados por tres empleados varones que estaban en la entrada con los hombros anchos. Al menos la cerveza embotellada sabía bien 😉 . Para nosotros, el pub merece menos 5 estrellas. Este restaurante no es un ejemplo de buena cocina alemana . Absolutamente no recomendable

We like Heidelberg except the staff. From the manager to the staff NO ONE says hello, no one asks if you want a beer even though you are sitting at the bar. The staff hate to work, to serve customers. They ALL act like they are doing us, the customer a favor by serving us. Once we wanted to sit at a table. Quite how we incorrectly identified 'Alt Heidelberg' as a Tapas Restaurant is still under review. Nonetheless once we had perused the menu it quickly became apparent that we had made a very grave error, the gravity of which was about to become increasingly stark.
