The staff were comically bad. I went into the store with a purchase I had made at another Lefties branch. It looked like the sales from the other branch forgot to remove the security tag and since I was closer to the Calle de Pelai branch, I went there with the receipt to have it removed. The sales who "helped" me at the desk told me that the item wasn't paid for and that I would need to pay again. I was obviously confused because the sales at the other branch had scanned it in front of me and how could I be allowed to walk out the door if I didn't pay for it? So I asked for clarification and the sales just kept saying, "No" like a parrot on repeat. No what? All I wanted was an explanation. She looked at me like I stole the item that was only 4.99 euros. In the end I paid for it and when I inspected the receipt myself, I think the other sales forgot to scan it. I don't know how to read the receipt since I obviously don't work at Lefties. I matched every single product ID from all the items I bought to every line on the receipt to figure out what happened. All the sales had to do was explain to me that the item wasn't scanned properly, it was probably a mistake, and that I would need to pay again - that's all! Anything to help me understand what happened. But all she kept saying was "No, you have to pay. Empezando por mas de 15 minutos esperando en la caja de devoluciones sin que nadie atienda, siguiendo por su "encargada"(entiendo que era) que le ha hablado algo mal a una empleada delante de toda la cola, considero que las correcciones deberĂan ser en privado, y finalmente por mi devoluciĂłn..Cuando al fin me atiende una empleada. Como contexto tenia una foto del ticket porque habĂa perdido este, a lo que al intentar hacer la devoluciĂłn el escaner no detecta el cĂłdigo de barras y la chica lo tiene que hacer manualmente, lo cual el ordenador le dice que no, a lo que ella me responde "No me deja" y le contesto "Como no te va a dejar?" a lo que me responde "No se puede, es del 9 de octubre, ha pasado un mes" y yo le contesto "Estamos a dĂa 6" (claramente sin ganas de atenderme), llama a otra compañera/encargada (la misma de antes), y de muy malas formas me dice que con foto no se puede devolver, le explico que he perdido el ticket y que soy yo la de la foto, a lo que me recrimina que el ticket original o nada, le pregunto "Âżcomo puedo devolverlo sino?", y me contesta que "con ese ticket tampoco se puede devolver", me quedo perpleja porque era el ticket que me habĂan proporcionado en tienda tras un cambio de articulo, se lo explico y me dice que lo haga online, le digo que no puedo porque vine a tienda a cambiarlo y en la app no me aparece ningĂșn ticket, a lo que le da exactamente igual y se marcha, finalmente a la otra compañera le pregunto si le doy el ticket original de la primera compra online, lo cual acaba solucionandome la devoluciĂłn. Even though I told them to open the cameras, no one did. so be aware of going and if u want to visit, try not to take your children with you just in case and for their safety .
