Update Aug. 10, 3021: We went to NYBYP two more times. The second time hubby ordered the Queens Burger (he’s a creature of habit) and it was cooked to perfection. I ordered the beef rib, and it was divine. Although the rib was a tab bit too fatty, even for me, but it was delicious. The third time we went back, we ordered the Queens and Brooklyn burgers, again, and the BK was cooked to perfection although it was the 250gr. But even tho the Queens burger was cooked as ordered it was extremely salty, almost inedible. We realized that consistency is the biggest issue of this place. Overall the high quality of the meats make it easy to overlook these lapses.

Really great staff! We ordered the Brooklyn and Queens burgers, and they did not disappoint. Burgers were full of flavor. We also ordered wings which were phenomenal!! You can taste the smokiness in the wings from how they were cooked. We will return to try the brisket and beef ribs, they looked divine! The only negative is the burgers weren’t cooked the right temperature. We ordered the 350gr. Burger medium rare. When we received our food the middle was still a bit raw while the outside was cooked more medium well. But they were able to cook them a bit more for us. New York Burger Pelayo in Barcelona served the best burgers of my life. Honestly, the best burgers I’ve ever had. I’ve been thinking about them every single day since I came back to Switzerland.

Everything was just perfect. The meat was excellent, the brioche bun was excellent, the bacon was excellent, the cheese was real cheese and the caramelised onions… wow. The sweet potato fries were on another level, absolutely amazing. A dream. Pure delight.

I loved eating there. I had the chance to enjoy it once in my hotel room and also on site, and both times the burger tasted exactly the same, consistently perfect. I ordered the “Emily” medium and I 1000% recommend it. The prices are a bit high, but honestly the quality is so good that it’s worth it.

When we went to the restaurant, the service was impeccable. The waitress was super nice, even giving us a recommendation. She was very attentive and we were seated immediately without having to wait. Our food arrived in about 10 minutes. The place is also nicely decorated.

Not worth it- friendly but amateur service. The waiter speaks English but does not really know how go handle customer feedback. He listened to everything but the awkwardly called his manager so that we could tell him everything? We weren’t there to complain but giving him a polite suggestion which I think he should be grown up enough to relay the feedback. The thing that annoyed me is also how he tries to sell the pricier dishes on the menu rather than being genuine and helping the customer out with recommendations.

Terrible burgers - not fresh or made in house. The bottom was dripping and soggy. The caramelised onions were so over the top sweet and the cheese was a bit too much- because of this, you cannot even taste the meat.

I expected a lot more from this restaurant due to the marketing and pictures on Instagram and sadly it was really just good marketing with no back bone. Waste of money and time … not to...
