We ordered menu mediodia. The main food came out while we were having an appetizer. We thought that food had been served at the other table, before the food came to us. Because that food was cold and the server tried to serve that food to the other table but he took back that food. I think it was not a good experience up to here.

But the worst is 'A hair came out from the food'. We complained about the server about it. But he said just sorry. He didn't say other words. And then the manager came to us and said to us,'Sorry. You pay half of the price '. I don't know about spanish culture. But I think they have to say to us apology( not 'sorry', other thing like 'It's our fault' etc.) . And then they need to talk about compensation. But they said 'Sorry, you pay half of the price'.

Honestly, the food was good. But the service was not good. It's the reason why I don't recommend...
