Cal Ninot by Rosi — Restaurant in Barcelona

This restaurant doesn’t deserve such a high google rating. Firstly, food is below average - price is ridiculous for the tiny portions and food didn’t taste good or fresh (Prawn croquettes tasted off). Secondly, the terrible service. When we walked past here, we asked for a table inside but they made us sit outside even though it was empty inside. In the end, they added 10% charge on top of the bill for sitting outside next to the busy bus stop, even without a shade/parasol. Apparently it is normal in Barcelona but they didn’t mention this (despite knowing we are only English speaking and tourists) and it is not clear from the menu nor displayed anywhere, unlike in other restaurants we visited after.
