This place is a little gem. The greeting was very friendly and they made us feel like home, there were a few seating options for us to choose that is always a nice touch. The atmosphere and decoration really add to the overall young vibrant and sophisticated vibe of the place. The kitchen is open and it is nice to see how the chefs work to create the dishes, also it looked spotlessly clean and taken care of. The three owners and friends were there, working in different departments, sommelier, chef and manager, they had a very nice energy and bond that added value to everything. The food was excellent, they managed to perfectly pair Japanese cuisine and tapas, in an elegant and authentic way without overstepping or over complicating the flavour and dishes available. We had a fantastic time overall I would give them 5 stars without hesitation. The wine was exceptional and the service was knowledgeable and on the spot, we explained what we wanted and we were presented with choices to pick, that were on right on point! The crowd was also very nice, you could hear interesting conversations and everything was in perfect harmony. A must try!

No words can describe how incredible the food, the chefs and the space felt. As I went alone, they made sure the dishes were split in half so I could taste a bit of everything. They have a vast selection of wines, even getting into orange which I always order at restaurants if they have it. I definitely recommend getting the yakitori, I tried the chicken heart and each bite was just wow. Also the ravioli from radish filled with blue cheese I believe (some kind of cheese, tbh I forgot) was also super good, it had this sour miso honey sauce on the bottom that I just wanted to drink it all. For dessert I had the cheesecake type with strawberries that are currently in season. The pastry was soft on the bottom and crumbly on the sides. Just perfect. (Oh and I do remember they had nice music playing)

Just superb! After watching Suru Bar featured on TopJaw, I had to give this a go. The story of its origination sets the tone for a remarkable evening. The parts of this machine function flawlessly. The chef and his team, the Sommelier and front of house created a wonderful wholistic experience. The wine recommendations were perfect. After asking for dish recommendations we were told to first allow ourselves to digest the menu. A great idea for sure. We were then directed on a brilliant journey through 9 courses. We had the privilege of being seated at the bar onlooking the kitchen which added to the theatrics of the evening. The pictures speak for themselves. Cannot wait to return on our next trip to Barcelona 10/10

This was an amazing dinner, we were expecting it to be nice but it surpassed our expectations. We sat at the counter which is always nice in this type of place. The service was very attentive and made sure we always had enough drinks, bread and so on. The food was really so good, it is quite rare that every single dish you try leaves an impression. Moreover, they give you each a portion rather than just serving a tiny one in the center to share, as they do in many other places. We had the oyster; leeks; veal tongue; beetroot ravioli; chanterelle; rock fish; and veal sweetbreads. Again, all really good! We paired the dinner with a bottle of Panduro, a Monastrell wine from Murcia - it had a very interesting and unique flavour profile. Then for dessert we tried both the chocolate and fried rice one and the fig tart. Definitely go for the chocolate one, it is the one the waiter recommended and he was totally right - so so good! Chocolate desserts tend to be a bit disappointing for me at restaurants, but this was incredible. We also got to chat a bit with the manager and partner after the dinner, and you could totally tell how passionate they are about this place and providing a quality service. We left after having made two more reservations for later on in the month, so...
