AMAZING! MUST go to in Barcelona. Authentic Catalonian food, dishes you can’t find other places. They have dishes of the day just for that day and we got the rice with pork knuckles and prawns. SO delicious. The best meal we had while in Barcelona. We shared and it was suuuuper filling, didn’t need to eat for a long long time that day. The hostess Fuen was so friendly and nice and recommended the dish we got and it was such a good thing we got that. Although we thought the price on the board/mirror was for the whole dish, but turns out it was per person, so we ended up paying double than what we thought. The food is excellent, the service leaves A LOT to be desired! We ordered bravas, bomba, and black rice with shrimp 🦐 and it was all spectacular! However, the service and the attitude of the waitresses were disappointing and rude even. We were a group of 4, me and my partner arrived late but our friends were on time and claimed the table right away. The waitresses decided to “punish” us for being late by taking our orders last. They didn’t even want to give us a menu to look at while we were waiting for our turn to order, saying that “they’ll give it to us 5 minutes before they take our order”. Very cozy and local atmosphere. The staffs are very very friendly and were kind to us because they knew we were tourists. They also served us special drinks because it was our last night at Barcelona. We ordered one paella mixta and it was a homemade style that has a very rich taste. The paella is not salty at all so we just kept eating and eating. The paella is a little big for two people yet the price is very reasonable.
