Ciutat Istanbul — Restaurant in Barcelona

calling this place a restaurant is a better joke than the service is. we waited around 50 minutes to recieve a kebab that was average at best and without sauce. even worse than that is the portion sizing, we got about 3 or 4 fries with our menu. at that point it also made sense that we were served on cheap metal plates and plastic cups, the restaurant simply doesnt make money. I have also never seen a kitchen as dirty as theirs, it seems they are worse at cleaning...

We are visiting Barcelona and ate a late night dinner here ! We were craving kebabs and grilled meats ,got recommended by a person in a nearby grocery store .So glad we tried this place . Food platters are So delicious !!The place is beautiful with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The restaurant has a cozy and inviting decor too. The chefs and servers were very polite and courteous. Ordered two kebabs and was handed two ‘kebabs’ that were taken from under the counter. These ‘kebabs’ had little to no fillings inside. Once the manager was made aware of this, he argued with me and called me a liar. It was only when I opened one in front of him did he admit defeat and had them remade. They still tasted terrible.
