It's really disappointing for me to have write this.. This is my far the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life. I wish I was exaggerating when I say we were treated like dogs. And not dogs in USA but dogs in a 3rd world country. The woman who served us treated us terribly and when we are a table of all Latinos in Spain, Especially in Catalonia, do I need to state the obvious. No accountability, stale chips, cold coffees, sour leche de tigre, incorrect cocktails and, no explanation of the set menu we had. There is no way they have a Peruvian chef in the kitchen. A Peruvian chef would never stand for such a disgraceful representation of their gastronomía. After the dinner they wouldn't let us order drinks from the outside bar which was open. They made us go outside and all down to the first level club to get drinks. They then denied us access back up. After some back and forth with the employee who just let us down, be finally let us back up. They then literally refusing a woman in our group to use the restroom inside the restaurant. She was directed to the first floor and repeat. This is all after we spent over 800 Euro. This is beyond shameful. It gets worse..at the very end of the evening they do not let us take the same main entrance we came in from back out but allowed others who look different than us because they are not Latinos After an unpleasant exchange with the manager they let us leave that way like decent human beings. I actually grew up and live in Chicago. I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. And this is a W property?! Shame on you!
Upon my return to the US I called on 09/05 to complain to the manager like a Karen. The manager immediately told me how much they take complaints seriously and he would make sure they improved. The manager refused to give me his name but I believe he said Adan at the very end of the call before he hung up on me. However, he never asked me what happened. So I don't know what he's addressing. I also reported to him that the 320 Euro deposit I made at time of reservation was not discounted from the bill nor refunded. He told me he would investigate and get back to me. Which he did and he processed a refund. However it's now been over a week and...

Nestled in a fantastic location with a view that could draw anyone in, this restaurant initially promises a delightful dining experience. The service is commendable, with attentive staff who are courteous and efficient, ensuring that you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end.
The true heart of any restaurant, the food, falls dismally short of expectations. Advertised as a Peruvian restaurant, the offerings are a confusing mix of low-quality Mexican-inspired dishes that seem out of place on a Peruvian menu. The guacamole served with nachos is far from the authentic, vibrant starter one might expect at a high-end eatery; instead, it resembles something hastily thrown together without much care or attention to flavor.
The ceviche, a dish that should be a showcase of fresh ingredients and zesty flavors, was a complete letdown. It lacked the refreshing acidity and quality seafood that defines this classic dish, making it one of the worst ceviches I’ve ever encountered.
Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the "lomo saltado," a Peruvian staple that should have been a highlight of the meal. Instead, it was a poor imitation, lacking the depth of flavor and proper technique that makes this dish a favorite among Peruvian cuisine enthusiasts. The quality of the ingredients and the execution felt more akin to a low-end establishment rather than a restaurant with such an impressive setting.
Adding to the confusion, the restaurant inexplicably included nachos and tacos on the menu—dishes that are distinctly Mexican and not representative of Peruvian gastronomy. This bizarre mix of cuisines leaves the impression that the restaurant is unsure of its identity and fails to deliver on the authentic Peruvian experience it claims to offer.
In summary, to pay 95 € its is not woth it. while the location and service are top-notch, the food is a major letdown. The restaurant struggles with an identity crisis, offering a mishmash of low-quality dishes that do a disservice to the rich and diverse flavors of Peruvian cuisine. For anyone looking for...
Read moreA very unpleasant experience. As two women wanting to enjoy a dinner with a view, exploring new restaurants, unfortunately this was not a good one. Staff were very judgmental, you could absolutely tell by the looks and giggles that happened around us. We weren’t asked if we’d been there before and we didn’t get an explanation of the menu as we heard other people got, (probably looking wealthier than us in the eye of the staff). Therefore, after not understanding that many dishes were “to share”, we accidentally ordered two smaller dishes. The staff of course took our order but didn’t tell us it was so small, hinting of an assumption we only came for the view and didn’t have enough money to buy a full meal. When the food came, we were obviously surprised of the size, and ordered more food. Not a single time were we asked about how the food was (which was amazing) which should be a standard practice - especially for such a nice restaurant- again, hinting of their judgement of us.
I always tip, but this time I really didn’t feel like doing it, cause why when this experience was so terrible it felt like a robbery already? So sad this was our experience, cause the food was amazing, if the staff wouldn’t have been so judgemental I’d love to order...
