THEY GAVE ME ANIMAL FLESH SAYING IT WAS VEGAN

I’ve been to this place several times in the past, being vegan it’s not always easy finding places that respect your dietary concerns, I thought I had found a perfect place to come for breakfast.

On my last trip here though, they confused their products and gave me real ham and sausage rather than a plant based version.

While I was eating it I was sure it wasn't vegan so I asked and they then blamed the mistake on two new employees and the apology didn’t feel very genuine and to top it off they tried to fix it by offering two basic vegan croissants 🥐, being that there is a noticeable change in price I asked to be refunded the difference, which they then tried to trick me into accepting less change back...

Its sad when the places you used to love you now can’t trust. Obviously I'm not coming back...

Came here twice. The first time I had a crepe and the hot chocolate. Crepe wasn’t too sweet and was filling. The hot chocolate was also good. It wasn’t too thick or thin. Right amount of sweetness. Second day I went back I had the coffee and a croissant with chocolate filling. I don’t drink coffee usually and usually dislike the Taste but it was my last day on Barcelona so I decided to have a cup. I must admit, I wanted more once I finished the cup. Coffee was delicious, not overbearing on the taste buds. My only regret was not grabbing another cup before I left. The croissant was also good. I was in Barcelona for about two weeks and probably tried about 8 different croissants. This place was my favorite! It was soft, enough chocolate in every bite. I went in with 2 friends having a suitcase and a bag each. After sitting and order another friend came with 3 bags and didn't let him in. They said he needed to order first, so the waiters didn't allow him to put all his bags and be comfortable and then order. When I went to explain why didn't allow him to sit before ordering they said that there wasn't space for the bags (there was, the place was almost empty and it has plenty of space). I told them that they need more empathy to be serving customers and they kept on arguing with me instead of accepting their mistake. Terrible...
