KFC | Sants — Restaurant in Barcelona

I have changed my review from 5 to 2. The food is as great as usual, but the place is really dirty - ridiculously so!

As with most fast-food places, customers are expected to pick up after themselves. Unfortunately, many of the customers at this location seemed to have forgotten to leave the place better than they found it, and this says a lot about our society and the manners of some of the people in it.

However, the ultimate responsibility lies upon the management of KFC, to either enforce customers cleaning up after themselves or providing more employees to be on pick up duty. My last visit there, I was waiting upstairs, reserving a table for my family. In the 15 minutes I was there waiting, half of the tables were full of trays and trash. No employee came to clean. No cleaning materials were available for me to wipe down my table. I had to get some toilet paper from the restroom to clean up our area.

Other locations,, such as the Castelldefels Elefant Blau one, never let their restaurant look like a dump, and there are plenty of people who don't clean up after themselves there as well. Please KFC Sants, do...

La verdad que la experiencia ha sido bastante lamentable. Para empezar todavía era horario de atención al público y la zona de asientos estaba cerrada o las 3 mesas que habían estaban bastante sucias. Con esa sensación ya decidimos pedir la comida para llevar. Pedí una bebida sin azúcar( que estaba viendo que las había) pero solo se me ofreció un lipton. Cuando mi compañero fue a pedir otra opción de hamburguesa qué sorpresa ¡Solo quedaba 1 hamburguesa disponible! Dudo que no tuviesen producto disponible ya que mañana es festivo y no tendrán reparto(supongo), puede que peque de ignorante pero creo que no querian freír más podructo. Puedo seguir con que sin explicar qué productos tenían nos puso un menú de lo que no habíamos pedido, para colmo pedimos otra bebida y nos dice que tampoco le queda,veo que la primera bebida que yo quería si estaba, se la pido y me dice que me la daba aunque no se podía. Pero lo mejor de todo es que sin preguntar si yo la quería o no han tomado la decisión de cobrarme una bolsa de plástico. En definitiva no volveré jamás y para le gente que lea esto no vayáis más de las 22:30 porque parece que a partir de esas horas ya no son igual los clientes o mi dinero no vale lo mismo. exactly what you would expect from most modern KFC locations, minus the self order kiosks. The service here is a bit slow, but typical. There are seating locations on the ground level and the upper floor where it is more spacious and open.
