D9 al Poblenou — Restaurant in Barcelona

We had a very negative experience. Our group (10 Erasmus students, 6 male and 4 female) entered after paying the required €9 fee for admission with compulsory drink. After about an hour, a trivial incident led to completely disproportionate treatment: a waiter passed close to our table, one of the girls almost lost her balance, and three friends laughed at the situation together with her, without any offensive intention.

The waiter interpreted the episode as a sign of disrespect and called security. Three people from the group were immediately removed, with no chance to return and no clear explanation. We tried to clarify and apologize, but the staff showed no willingness to engage in dialogue. At the entrance, another friend who had just arrived was treated rudely and unfairly accused of mocking the staff, simply because of his naturally cheerful and smiling attitude.

As a result, the entire group was asked to leave, without refund and with no attempt to handle the situation professionally.

This venue demonstrates poor customer management, lack of understanding, and an attitude that is disrespectful towards paying guests. A disappointing experience, not...

I would like to have a zero star option. Everything good, until paying. First time we complain (and if it doesn't add up you HAVE to complain), there brought 20 Euros of over charge back. They brought that, yes, and there was still money lacking. After meking us redo all the cslculation, there were still missing 2,30 euros. And sorry, I don't go out to spent 30 minutes calculating to cover your "lowkey attempt of theft. At the end we left. But that woumd get you 2 stars, 3 stars with amazing food. No. Bro, you don't tell your client "ah, so it was your fault", onrhe way out, after having to correct the tap, and having to turn back 20 euros of over charge. Some class, dude,...

It's really bad. The sataff will treat you like an delinquent. They will push you out of it really hard and make you feel lowless and even physically fight you just to make you out of there. Even if you were peaceful. They think they are superior than you and will treat you like garbage. There are so many good spots for drink in bareclona and I would recommend any but this place.
