BRIDGE__48 (B__48) — Local services in Barcelona

We booked the Pro studio, but because of a „electrical issue“ we couldnt use it. They offered us the lab… 3 hours before our booked slot.

If you have a thunderbolt only mac, you have to bring a usb dongle. Their soundcard works with usb 3.0.

We wanted to use the synths but none of them were connected. We asked the staff but they didnt know how to connect them right away. After 10 mins, we could use them (one at a time). It feels like all the gear have seen their best days…

On that evening, there was a Party at bridge_48. Their rooms are not treated well. Because of that we heard the bass of techno tracks… the whole time. Party people got into our studio to leave their bags there and told us to keep an eye on their belongings.

I wouldnt go there again, but since there are no pirate studios or similar, its almost your only option if you want to make music…

All in all: If you just need a room, go for it but expect...

(I went to this venue as a guest to a concert night, this review is based on this experience.)

-Upon reception to the venue, we were urged it was necessary to register before entering. This time consuming process made us to miss 10 minutes of the performance.

-Good interior accommodation and kind bar staff, on the positive.

-Unfortunately the sound left a lot to desire. I guess the producer-/dj-teaching staff must have taken note of this as well... I wouldn't go into the technical details but the lack of a good PA [configuration] would keep me from playing at this venue...

I was disappointed by the event that was organized for Halloween. The space itself is always nice and has a good atmosphere. But on that event specifically, they've announced they'd play Disco Music and it was not at all what was playing that night. Stayed there not even 1h, because the music was Techno all the time. Besides everything, in the ticket nothing was included, no drinks, nothing... I believe the price was too high for what they were offering.

I'd have appreciated if the description of the event was corresponding to...
