DeCent - Cafe & Brunch — Restaurant in Barcelona

I ordered the Nutella and banana pancakes, and they did not dissapoint. Superb presentation and taste. They were fresh and perfectly warm, enough so that the chocolate stayed smooth and melted. It had the comfortable taste of home cooking. The lemonade and mint drink I ordered was quite sour, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt here and say it was supposed to be; perhaps just a poor choice on my part.

The service was very good and ordering was easy; English menu and English speaking staff were very helpful. Food arrived as fast as expected, given that it was made fresh. They do also have pre-prepared baked goods for purchase too.

The cafe has little indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor space with multiple tables and umbrellas to provide shade. Would recommend for...

I love exploring brunch cafés in Barcelona, and I've discovered quite a few of them! This one is truly exceptional. The tostada was delicious, and the cappuccino was superb. Good coffee, really nice presentation of food (pictured is the Avocado toast which is nice, but the goat cheese toast is outstanding!), good wifi, however by every other table there is a reminder that only 45 mins per client are welcome which kinda made me feel funky even though the locale was empty and I ended up spending almost 30€ in 2 hours feeling guilty.
