Don’t waste your time or money here! I ordered the special lunch menu, with beef churrasco as the main dish, and in addition ordered a fried yuca appetizer. The “churrasco” was basically only fat and bones. I literally did not have more than 3 bites of actual meet and those three bites were also dry and and barely edible. The fried yuca never came before or with the food, so I thought they forgot about it and was fine with that. When I finished my main dish, no one came to take the plate or to offer the desert that is supposed to be included in the set menu. Since I was fine without it, after a while I asked for the check. They still didn’t ask about the desert, but instead went ahead and let me know that the fried yuca was almost ready. I was like “well, it was supposed to be an appetizer, this is way too late, please cancel it”. Their response is that I can not cancel it and that the only thing I could do was take it to go (this is something that should be eaten hot when it’s prepared and not later in the day). I tried to insist that I no longer wanted it, so they rushed into the kitchen and brought it out to me (like 40-50 minutes too late). In addition to the fact that they refused to cancel it, it was an extremely small portion that was way overpriced for €7. I buy a portion of fried yuca that is double the size at a Venezuelan restaurant for €4.50. In any case. Both the food and the service are just bad, and their refusal to cancel the yuca order that they failed to provide on time gained them the 1 star rating that I only gave one other...

Unacceptable! Yesterday was my husband's birthday, and we called to make a reservation for 5 people. At no point were we informed that there was already another birthday party on the second floor. Obviously, that wouldn't be a problem. The problem was that the restaurant is small and the other birthday party that was being celebrated on the second floor had a loudspeaker playing music so loud that it was impossible for us to talk. This was irritating us. We couldn't hear the waiter or the person sitting next to us.

I'm pregnant, at the end of my pregnancy, and there was a child at our table. The noise was so loud that it was unbearable. We politely asked the waiter several times if they could turn the volume down a bit. But every time, the waiter lied to us, saying that there were only two more songs and then it would be over.

This lie lasted an unbearable 1h30.

In addition, three dishes arrived differently from the photos shown on the menu.

One of the dishes said it had corn and we ordered it precisely because of that, but it arrived with only 3 literal kernels of corn. This has to be a joke.

My dish said it had yuca, but it only came with two pieces of yuca.

As if that weren't enough, the dishes each arrived at a different time, when one had already finished eating, the other's dish arrived.

I do not recommend it at all.

¡Inaceptable! Ayer fue el cumpleaños de mi marido, llamamos para hacer una reserva para 5 personas. En ningún momento nos informaron que ya había otra fiesta de cumpleaños en el lugar, en el segundo piso. Obviamente eso no sería un problema. El problema fue que el restaurante es pequeño y el otro cumpleaños que se celebraba en el segundo piso tenía un altavoz con la música tan alta que nos era imposible hablar. Esto nos estaba irritando. No pudimos escuchar al camarero ni a la persona que estaba a nuestro lado.

Estoy embarazada, al final de mi embarazo había un niño en nuestra mesa, el ruido era tan fuerte que era insoportable. Le preguntamos cortésmente varias veces al camarero si podían bajar un poco el volumen. Pero siempre el camarero nos mintió, diciendo que solo faltaban dos canciones más y que se iba a terminar.

Esta mentira duró una insoportable hora y media.

Además, tres platos salieron diferentes a las fotos mostradas en el menú. Uno de los platos decía que tenía maíz y lo pedimos precisamente por eso, pero solo llegó literalmente con 3 granos de maíz. Esto podría ser sólo una broma.

Mi plato decía que tenía yuca, pero solo venía con dos trozos de yuca.

Por si fuera poco, los platos llegaban cada uno a una hora diferente, cuando uno terminaba de comer, llegaba el plato del otro.

No lo recomiendo...

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. Although my friends and I had a pleasant time, the trouble began when it was time to pay. The restaurant insisted that we make a single payment for the entire group. One of my friends agreed to pay around €200, but the waiter claimed that the payment had failed and asked him to try again. The second attempt went through successfully. However, a few days later, my friend discovered that the restaurant had charged him twice!

When we called to request a refund for the extra payment, they refused. As we live in another country, it seems they took advantage of the fact that we couldn't address the issue in person.

If you're a tourist, avoid this restaurant or make sure to double-check that they don't charge you multiple times.
