Espit Chupitos — Restaurant in Barcelona

WOW WOW WOW I WILL NEVER FORGET MY EXPERIENCE HERE!

I first came across Chupitos when I was studying abroad back in 2012. The bar is well-known across Europe and even has a few of them open in other countries like France for you to visit. It is a shot bar with over 600 different shots (but there are also a few "experiences" you can buy here).

The shots are very cheap at 2€ each and on Monday nights they're half off, so only 1€ to start some fun! The bar is very fun and even if you only came with one person, the tight space and the close atmosphere makes it easy for you to make friends... especially when someone near you orders an exciting drink!

My favorite shots include: Harry Potter Girl Scout Monica Lewinsky Macarro and so many more that I really cannot remember...

I will admit that this is definitely a place where you'll find many students and young folks and that most people will start their pregame at this bar, but it is definitely worth the trip and certainly a memorable one.

If you're ever in the area and are looking for a good time, head on in here. But beware... you're in for the wildest night...

This place is SUPER!

Every shot is 2euros, super cheap and the quality of the shots are AMAZING! They come in all kinds. If can imagine it, it is here!

This place is great for groups and a place to pre-party before you hit the clubs. Thankfully, the bartender was patient and helpful. His English was limited, but still good enough to get our shots! I would recommend just asking the Bartender for their recommendations. We had a big group, so we had lots of lots of different round of shots! Good times!!!

If you come here around 9pm, the place is pretty dead. The bonus about that is that you get the bartender's attention all to your party! It could get pretty hectic here after midnight, so choose your time wisely depending what you want!

A special mention to Anna, one of the bartenders — she was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew how to keep the experience fun while handling the more theatrical drinks with ease.
