In this place I had the worst restaurant experience in my life. It all started really good - a lot of positive reviews, nice location and good looking exterior of the place. I was there with my friends, and we ordered a Lobster Bisque, Caesar, Greek Salad and Hamburgers. While waiting for the food I went to the restroom and saw A GIANT COCKROACH. After that I started to realize that the place might be not the best choice to have a meal, but I decided to give this place another chance, cause as far as I know there are a lot of cockroaches in Spain and this guy could just randomly walk in there and and it might be considered as 'normal' here. First I recieved a Lobster Bisque, and it was just a disaster. Lobster tail was looking like it at least for one year was hanging around with that cockroach, there were a lot of broken shells in the soup (the bisque wasn't strained properly), the taste was watery and more like a bad fish soup, and not a bisque. Caesar and Greek were bad as well. The cheapest and awful anchovies; green, almost white and tasteless tomatoes in Greek Salad (how did they even find such a bad tomatos in Spain???). The hamburgers were 1/10: crusty and dry buns, the same GREEN TASTELESS tomato and just a mass production patty which was cooked to medium-well and not just medium how we asked. I don't remember that this burger had any sauce at all, and considering the price of about 13e - it's just a waste of money, and there are a lot better options nearby. Leaving almost 2/3 of the food untouched nobody even asked what was wrong with the food - they just don't care at all about the food and the customers. I highly NOT RECOMMEND this place to anybody, please consider visiting some other place if you want to have a good...

I took up a table near the window - although I didn't have a reservation they were happy to accommodate me.
On tap they only had Heineken or Amstel (and I can get Dutch beers any time) - but have bottles of Argentine beer so I had a Quilmes, which apparently isn't one of the best Argentina produces but did the trick for that night. I got onto Wifi quite quickly once I was seated.
I found the service varied amongst the staff: the waiter I had was very engaging and I placed an order of steak, receiving breads whilst I waited (but didn't like the garlic butter), returning regularly to check up on replenishments. As this was at the height of the Catalan demonstrations, a couple looking to eat outside were recommended by another waiter to eat indoors for their peace and safety - but a third waiter didn't help matters by going to watch trouble on the streets, standing in the doorway and holding the door open so that all restaurant diners were exposed to the outside noise. Why subject them to that?
My steak was good (I didn't take any time to photograph it, I just dived straight in and it was tasty) and came accompanied by a baked potato which contained cream - I should have ordered this without but there was no mention of it on the menu - or opted for salad instead. Next time I'll make a note of customising the meal. Also provided were two sauces (chimichurri?), which were traditional but I didn't take to them much.
I was also offered a tart grapefruit slushie when the bill (less than 20 bucks) came, quite refreshing.
Good meal, great service - will return with an Argentinian...
Read moreTo forget! My daughter gave 2 , just because she is a kind-hearted woman, but the restaurant deserves --25! Unfortunately I can't give less than 1*! I had already been there in 2019. Then I ate good meat, I found a nice, clean and quiet place. They tried to make me pay an extra €12, but they couldn't!! ... then I thought it was a mistake, but today I see from other reviews that unfortunately it is a habit! Now I find a dirty place! More than a dish with a greasy halo. Waiters who hastily clean everything with the same rag, throwing crumbs and other things on the floor. Wines: I pay €36 for an Argentine wine DV Catena Tinto Historico 2021 (list of only Argentinian wines from around 27 to 150; the one I chose can be found on the internet for just under €15!), recommended by a gentleman indicated as "sommelier" (!?), who opens the bottle, throws the cork on the table, pours the tasting and runs away without waiting for the quality test... I think this is caused by having chosen a "not expensive" bottle (36 €!), but then I see that the same “style” is reserved for the girls at the next table who choose a wine costing I think around €50!! In short: sufficiently good meat, drinkable but expensive wine, rude service, expensive place, dirty and too rowdy. Terrible quality/price ratio!....a real...
