Unbelievably slow service. The kitchen staff are half asleep. No sense of hurry even when there are people waiting.

It doesn’t take a regular kebab house 20 minutes to serve an order. It should take 5-10 minutes max.

The kebab itself is really lackluster. Couldn’t taste any marinade on the Heura. Was bland to be honest.

Really disappointing.

Response to owners comment: It really pains me to have to leave such a bad review. As a life long vegan I want nothing more than to see Vegan food outlets do well.

But for gods sake, read your reviews. So many people complaining about the long wait times. It's not good enough. The guy making the orders was so slow he was virtually horizontal. How can you not see that? You are just loosing customers with this poor service.

And please sort out your product. It's really, really poor. You've literally just put bland, unflavoured seitan and Heura between a wrap and tasteless salad/sauce. You need a better marinade. You haven't put any thought into it whatsoever.

And don't get me started on price. It is literally scandalous to be selling that wrap for 9.5 euros. Compare the quality of your product to La Golosa burgers over the road. They are in a different league when it comes to taste / care / quality.

You have lost me as a customer and I predict you will loose many more if you don't try and improve product,...

I've been several times before so I was shocked at how rude the guy working the closing shift on Wed 2nd July was. The door was open and I arrived 15 minutes before the online stated closing time of 2300. The guy was brusque and said they were closed in Spanish. I replied in Spanish that online it says 11. Just a statement, posed as a rhetorical question to justify my being there. Not a demand nor a rude aside. He said turn around and vete. Then stared sounding off at me in English. I don't go every week but you've lost my custom and I'll happily tell anyone who suggests it what I think of this kind of service. You would not behave like this if you had manners, nor if your boss were there. So why save it for me? Your colleague maintained a dignified silence throughout. I took a twenty minute detour for nothing but rudeness and one less option for food in the neighborhood. The guy could have just been basic level polite and there'd be...

Although the taste was good, I’m definitely disappointed in this place. We ordered the kebab with Heura (which honestly you can never go wrong with Heura...) and the “meat” was only on the top of the sandwich and not mixed within, so half way through you’re just eating spicy veggies. For the price, it could have been better distributed and also bigger. Honestly, I think this is worth only €6 at the most. It’s a shame that vegan places become expensive since they don’t incentivize non vegans to switch. Also it’s excluding vegans who come from lower income situations. I unfortunately won’t be coming back especially since I can just buy Heura for €3.99 in the supermarket and make at least 2 kebabs, and not have to pay...

Overall very good! The tortilla is amazingly soft, the sauce is very savory, and the seitan has a perfect texture. I would absolutely visit again. The one area for improvement I would say is the price. For what it’s worth, the kebab left me wanting just a few more bites or chips on the side. But if it’s between this and a felafel kebab and I have the extra euros to space, this will always win. If you’re trying to save euros, get a felafel kebab for 60% of the price.

Well, was it the best vegan kebab we ever had? Not really. But was it the best vegan kebab in Barcelona? I would say yes. It may not be fair to compare this kebab to those in Germany, but I do, because I know they can do better. The staff was very friendly and nice so I think, there is room for further improvement on the food. I think this place is worth a visit and maybe someday they can compete internationally! Thank you for offering vegan kebab in Barcelona :)
