Hace 3 años que frecuento este restaurante porque me encanta y, la verdad, nunca me ha defraudado. Pero como clienta habitual, me gustaría marcar algunas cosas que he notado últimamente. Siempre desde el cariño y con total respeto al personal, que sigue siendo majísimo. Para mí, el mejor ceviche siempre ha sido el de Ángel. No es que ahora esté mal, pero sí se nota diferente. También antes solía venir con más boniato o plátano frito, y esta última vez solo llegaron dos rodajitas muy escasas. En la jalea real también noté que trae menos mariscos y salsas que antes. Durante toda la comida estuvo sonando Carlos Vives a un volumen muy alto, y eso terminó haciéndose pesado. Y si bien la atención sigue siendo correcta, se extraña mucho ese trato familiar que recibíamos antes con los camareros de siempre. Ya nos conocían y hacían que la experiencia fuera aún más especial.
