I would give this salon 0 stars if I could. First they did a very bad job with the my hair , I asked for a balayage and the stylist put baby highlights in my hair and left half of my head dark and the bottom part bleached it until it was blonde. They did now tell me that I had 15 days to come back if I had any issues. My hair slowly got lighter and I realized after 1.5 months how bad the highlighting job was. I know hair gets lighter over time so that was not my problem, it was the way my hair was done as you can see in pictures only certain parts are highlighted and the rest left dark.
They don’t know how to talk to clients, they contradict themselves and are very rude. It seems like they don’t want to come up with a solution with their clients just charge money. I would not recommend to go to this place if you want an overall good experience. PLEASE AVOID IT.
I went and tried to speak to 2 stylists at the salon who said to send the salon a WhatsApp and when I sent a WhatsApp, they told me to go back to the salon. They also tried to charge me price for a full head highlights when they only had to add a few highlights to fix the bad job their stylist Paula did. They told me to send pictures of my hair, when I did they stopped replying and I reached out again. They said that I have to go in for them to see my hair and I will have to pay full price…. They keep going back in circles and at the end I decided I will never go back to them.

I was contacted by the manager below. Went back in today and by some magic, she was able to correct the colour, improve the cut and I came out looking amazing. She was empathetic and understood the idea of collaboration with a client to have an incredible outcome. Meri, you were amazing! The customer service and hair service I received was top notch! Two star review: picture 1 & 2 I arrived at 13:00. Sat for nearly an hour while the man mixed my hair colour. I was not communated to for 45 minutes. Got the colour without actually showing me any colour swatches. Then showd me the colour. Then I told him that's not what I want. Showed him what I want. Wait another 20 minutes. I should have left. I had a basic colour and cut. I was there for 5 hours. 5 HOURS!? I even asked the lady with the long red pi k hair if this guy knows what he's doing or a trainee and she said he is professional and knows what he's doing.
Colour was OK in the end. Cut was OK. Showed inspo for a dramatic look. Looked super basic at the end.

Read moreI came to Hair Cut Day after having a baby, looking for a confidence boost with hair extensions. Unfortunately, the experience left me upset and out of pocket. After my first appointment, the extensions fell out after just one wash, this was then corrected. I returned to have an adjustment and decided to have some more put in, but the third application caused a lot of damage. The hair was applied so tightly and incorrectly that it pulled on my scalp, leaving me with visible bald patches.
I raised my concerns and sent photographs, but was simply labelled an “unsatisfied customer,” and no real accountability was taken. This was part of the response i received, despite the damage that is visible.

In total, I spent over €800, and I am now having to pay another salon to repair the damage done to my natural hair.
