Kurz&Gut Maremagnum — Restaurant in Barcelona

Very touristy place at first glance but we still wanted to try it because of classic food like burgers, steaks and sandwiches (aka safe bet). We waited 10 minutes for waitress, who literally threw the menus with wooden cover on the table and also on my glasses. Anyway, we ordered beers, sandwich with fries, nachos with guacamole, and beef steak. After another 10 minutes we got knives and forks. And after another 10 our drinks. Yay. But hold on. The waitress asked us if we want small or big beers. We thought its 0,3 or 0,5 and ordered big ones. Turns out its 0,4 or 0,7. We are not used to this in Czechia but no biggie (well the 0,7 was actually pretty big, hehe). Then the food finally arrived. Sandwich and nachos were alright, but fries were completely cold and without taste. Beers were fine :) But lastly the steak: it looked more done than medium (like we asked), but burned too much on the grill. No juice at all. The only taste it had was ashes. We didnt want to pay for it. They offered us to get another one but we didnt have time for that. We ended up haggling for at least a discount like on an Arabian market. Worst resturant ever so bad service, me and my 2 friend came to this resturant and set outside, we try to explain to the waiter what we want from the menu and she don't speak english. Then we wait outside more then 30 min, and we decide to go inside cause it was cold out side, one of my friend get is meal cold and looking so bad pasta that look like some one made in the microwave. He finish to eat that. And me and my other friend still waiting for our meal then after something like 50-55min the 2 ohter meal came and ofcurse not what we order, so we didn't ate this. We told that to waiter and she gave us a bill for 45euro the added another meal that did'nt order or ate then the understood that was a mistake after 15 min that we try to tell them that we oreder only 3 meals. And we paid for 3 meals the manger was so rude and speak like i don't know what. After hour and 20 min that they waste our time we went to macdonalds in the second floor. Just don't go to this place if you don't what...

If i can give half of 1 star I would, slow service, waiters gossip between each other instead of solving the problem right away they seem not to know what to do. Fries are almost 2€ and is the first thing they bring without salt, pepper or sauces, plus they bring them cold. I ordered the cheese lover burger gluten free, my family order other burgers which they seem to be just fine, mine was a joke!!!!! The bread comes in a bag warm, in plastic!!!! The meat was smaller than 5cm,like for a kid, no lettuce, no tomatoes which is on the pictures, offering 4 types of cheese and they bring just 1 slice of chedar and bree cheese, when the burger they offer has 4 kinds of cheese, including a bluee cheese sauce!!! I return the burger obviously, don't waste your money of time in this...
