I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at Udon Asian Food was so abysmal that I feel compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, things went downhill. First, the service was beyond disappointing. The waitresses were not only inattentive but downright rude. One particular server, dressed in black, stood out for her shocking lack of professionalism. She greeted us with an attitude that seemed to say, "I don't care if you're here or not." Throughout the meal, she was dismissive and made no attempt to be courteous or even basic in her interactions. But it wasn’t just the service. The food was equally appalling. It was clear that the dishes were of extremely low quality, possibly reheated in a microwave or poorly prepared. Nothing was fresh, and the presentation looked like something you'd expect from a fast food chain, not a full-service restaurant. The taste was bland and unappetizing, making it clear that little to no effort went into the preparation. Overall, my visit was a completely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. Had this while visiting the centre, lots of food in the hall and lots amazing choices but having a taste for some Asian food we picked this spot and was certainly not disappointed!

Ordered shrimp Gyozas for starters - steamed, with a crispy bottom, perfectly cooked, inside the dumpling it got better! Soft fresh shrimp, good flavours and plenty dumplings too, served with nice sweet salty soy.

Then crispy chicken ramen, ordered this and was wondering how it would taste from minute we ordered, it came and wow, that broth the silky smooth taste, lots of flavour, depth would give layers too a perfect broth imo! The crispy chicken seasoned well with quality batter.

Chicken Teriyaki noodles also really good, again not holding back on depths of flavours in the dishes.

Overall pretty impressed by this place, all dishes had great seasoning and flavours thought about, and it represented the cooking in the plate! Very tasty food, good pricing too!
