Recently, there was a discrepancy in enforcing mask-wearing measures within the bar, where a female patron was required to wear a mask while a male customer was not. Additionally, on another occasion, the bar was overcrowded with male patrons not wearing masks, in violation of the regulations set forth on July 16th which mandate a 50% capacity limit and 1.5 meters distance between customers. It is important to adhere to these guidelines for the safety of all patrons.

If there are certain individuals who are not welcome in the establishment, it is essential to communicate this openly and respectfully, rather than exhibiting discriminatory behavior. Any concerns regarding discrimination can be addressed through the appropriate channels such as the “Oficina per la No Discriminació”. It is crucial to create a safe and inclusive environment for all patrons.

Furthermore, it is disappointing to hear about a past incident of sexual harassment at the bar, where the staff failed to intervene. It is essential for all individuals to feel safe and supported in such situations.
