I don't know if it was because of the "Fiestas de Gracia", but we waited 20 min in a dirty table until we were asked what we wanted, we were served something we didn't order, toasts and butter were dirty with egg yolk, store bought Hollandaise sauce, undercooked fried potatoes. Thank you for having us! At first, we had some trouble reaching La Fourmi via Instagram and phone. However, when we visited in person to make a reservation for the evening, it was no problem — even for a group of ten. On a Monday night, the place was almost empty, which made a very relaxed experience. The owner and the chef were incredibly friendly, and while the cocktails took a little longer to arrive, they were well worth the wait. We would gladly recommend this place! We have eaten here three days in a row for lunch. The owner and chef are truly delightful humans. The lunch menu offers an appetizer, entree, and fruit or coffee after the meal all for 8.90 euros. The food is truly outstanding. We've had chicken stroganoff, zucchini and tomato pesto spaghetti, lemon chicken, and more. For the appetizers we had steamed eggs which were cooked to perfection and the best baked potato of my life. I will be returning to Spain to come back...
