More or less We had a little bad experience with their reservation. We tried to make a online reservation but we didn't receive any response message perhaps there is a bug issue with their web, so we try to call them to confirm our reservation and they took the name and the number of my partner so we supposed everything was okay. but then on the day of our reservation suddenly they try to call to my partner number to ask if we have a reservartion for that day? because according to them we don't have. but it is strange that how they will call us and asked us if we do have a reservation for that dinner thinking that when we do the reservation, we gave our number, the specific time and the name of the person who do the reservation. but anyways we went there as what we planned. the whole experience is okay not the best meat but i can say that it's the best that you'll get for the price and the quantity. some of the meats are salty but all in all we enjoyed it. but i do recommend their postre they are very good and not too sweet. the service on other hand is outstanding.and the place is very cozy and well decorated most especially the ground floor. it feels like your in the different place. We are planning to go back to try their underground...

The food was below average. They only started serving better cuts of meat once we were already full, and even then, the portions were quite stingy. If you go for the salad, sushi, seafood, or other options at the buffet, you might enjoy it — but if you’re going for the meat, you’ll probably be disappointed.

The restaurant itself feels cramped; tables and chairs are placed too close together, making it uncomfortable to move around or for the waiters to pass by easily. It was also a bit warm inside, probably because of how tightly packed everything is.

The only positive point is the staff — they genuinely do their best and provide good service despite the conditions.

For the price they charge for the buffet, there are definitely better...

We went a bit early , they gave us a table for two very far from the buffet, the food was very limited, not fresh . The service was very chaotic, it seemed like they were rushing everything, so the meat was very raw , or stiff like a shoe. The fujeada was disgusting , the pork ribs tasted like chicken .We had an awful time . I recommend going to Guanabara by rodizio and paying a bit more but enjoy the food at least. I will never step foot in this restaurant again. It was a date and i spent the night feeling bad about the choice i made...
