I tried one sample flavour and didn't like it. After thanking the lady serving me I was about to leave and she started to complain that I didn't buy anything. I told her that I was not obliged to buy anything and told her to stop complaining about me. She carried on complaining. I naturally got annoyed and told her to stop complaining and explained to her what a free sample is. As I left another customer told me I had thrown my plastic spoon on the floor. I presume 4 year old must have done that as she took my spoon off me. So I explained that to this customer. In any case I picked up the spoon. She called me rude. I told her she was wrong. Her partner agreed my daughter dropped the spoon. The woman serving me threatened to call the police. Quite an unpleasant...

Last night past midnight our friend was hit by an ice cream craving and we couldn’t find anything open that late!! On Google Maps there are 2 entries for this Gelateria and unfortunately we saw the one with the wrong opening hours.

So a little past 1am we came up to this shop and the shutter was already half-closed. My husband gestured to the couple inside who were already closing up the till to ask if they could please sell us some ice cream. We weren’t expecting them to say yes but the lovely people did!

The ice cream was reaaally good, too! For the tasty ice cream, and the kindness and understand of the shop owners, they deserve every single pixel of each of the 5 stars I am giving in...

Edito mi reseña para poderle responder a su comentario en ningún momento mi respuesta fue montada en colera tal como lo mencionan, mas bien fue de sorpresa total. De hecho pedí que me lo repitiera, pues no escuche bien y con sorpresa les pregunté que si era broma?, pues éramos clientes habituales. Y si mi marido pregunto que pasaba? Fue porque tampoco escucho bien la primera vez. Ya que el Sr. que atendía me lo dijo a mi y en voz baja y sí, lo hizo sonriendo, pero su actitud no fue amable. Entendemos que cada negocio tenga su política de consumición, ya que NO todos los negocios del barrio funciona de la misma forma, sobre todo cuando es take away (y solo cruzas de la puerta al mostrador para comprar e irte). El detalle que para nosotros fue poco asertivo y por el que comentamos que no volveríamos, fue que en el lapso de un minuto ambos dependientes me vieron entrar al local con el helado, y ninguno de los dos dijo nada. Fue hasta que pagamos, cuando el Sr. dijo que no podía entrar al local con un helado de otro sitio. Por lo que no nos pareció una buena atención de cara al cliente habitual y una actitud cero flexible. Pésimo trato al cliente! Entre a acompañar a mi marido para que comprara un helado de café, y yo llevaba otro en la mano (que había comprado en otro sitio de un sabor que ellos no tienen). Cabe mencionar que entramos en el local 1 minuto para comprar un helado, no nos estábamos quedando a comer, estábamos de paseo, literalmente pedimos y pagamos. Después de pagar el Sr. que atendía me dijo que no podía entrar con consumición de otro sitio, a esto la chica que también atendía, me dijo que no tenía porque ofenderme con el comentario, y no es ofensa, tal como les comenté, no considero que sea la forma mas asertiva de atender a los clientes, si quieres fidelizarlos. Sobre todo cuando hemos sido clientes habituales. Desde luego...
