The food is decent. Unfortunately, it lost many points for service, or lack thereof. They were friendly enough when you got their attention, but getting their attention is a challenge.
Some of the dishes on the menu were a bit strange. Laab salmon?? Why not mince chicken or pork like most Thai places? Do people really want some salmon ceviche-ish on lettuce?
Satay was okay, nothing phenomenal but they give you a lot of peanut sauce which is a bonus. Not enough veg to go with it, though. Nam Tok Nua was also okay. It had a slightly strange bitter flavour, but that could have been the choice of greens which were not good. Be aware the dishes are not like the pictures on the menu.
Green curry was flavourful and not full of filler like many Thai places. Bamboo shoots were very good and normally I don't like them. Khao Moo Dang was mediocre. Nothing special but not bad.
There was nothing particularly wrong with the food, and perhaps we would have enjoyed it more had the service not soured us. There were two people working the floor, but they were both incredibly preoccupied with some large online order(s). They basically ignored all the patrons who were dining in. All for the sake of this take-away order.
We watched a group of 3 come in. They waited at least 15-20 minutes just for a menu! By the time we left, they had not even ordered. I feel very bad for them. If I had waited that long, I would have left.
The waiter seemed to think it was far more important to put napkins and utensils in paper bags than to serve actual customers. At one point, we waved him over and asked for the bill. He went back to preparing the take-away bags. It was only when he was done that, he got our bill. It was so incredibly dismissive. We could see everything he was doing. He ignored everything else.
The woman working served a little but disappeared into the kitchen for long periods of time, only coming out with food for the takeaway orders.
2 servers and they were both obsessed with the online orders and did not care about any of the tables of people eating in the restaurant. I understand that restaurants rely a lot on online orders now, but one employee should handle that while the other serves actual customers. It was pretty unacceptable.
It made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected when we can see them caring so much about online orders but not actual customers in their business.
We would never come back.
Maybe if you want to try this place, order online. It seems that's all...

This Thai beef noodle soup is a hearty and flavorful dish that is perfect for a cold day. The broth is rich and savory, and the beef is tender and flavorful. The bean sprouts and coriander add a refreshing crunch and brightness to the soup. The fish balls are a fun and unique addition to the soup, and they add a bit of protein.
I would definitely recommend this soup to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. It is the perfect comfort food on a cold day.
The mix platter offered a delightful variety of flavors and textures. The siew mai were a standout, with a tender, well-seasoned pork filling and a perfectly steamed wrapper. The prawn wraps were equally impressive, featuring succulent prawns wrapped in a crispy, golden brown pastry. The curry puff had a satisfyingly flaky crust and a deliciously spiced potato and chicken filling. The satay skewers were a savory and smoky addition, complementing the other items perfectly. Overall, a delicious and satisfying assortment that provided a taste of different Asian flavors in every...
Read moreThe place itself is really nice – cozy, clean, and decorated beautifully. The staff were friendly too, so first impressions were great.
But when it came to the food, it just wasn’t for me. Everything leaned way too sweet. From the starters to the mains, the sweetness kind of took over. The mango salad, which I usually love and order everywhere I go, was the biggest surprise. It was so sweet, and there was so much dressing that I actually had to pick some out just to tone it down a bit.
The Pad Thai and the curry were also sweeter than I expected. It felt like the flavors were adjusted more for foreigners, so it didn’t really taste like the Thai food I’m used to.
I still think the restaurant is worth visiting for the atmosphere and service, but for the food, especially at the price point, I personally...
