It's one of my regular restaurants in Barcelona, but my first review. The staff is super friendly and professional. It must be the best brasserie in Poblenou in respect of quality/price. All the meat is grilled either " a la plancha or on a real charcoal fire " and of great quality. Just delicious!!!! Everything is home cooked and served with a smile. However if you are looking for a 5 star Michelin restaurant, this is not the place. It's a real Spanish neighborhood restaurant which anyone visiting...

This restaurant is away from tourist areas and must be one of the best kept secrets that only locals know!
I had the best grilled octopus (pulpo). It was crispy charred on the outside and super tender on the inside. I’m a little sad that I’ll never find pulpo this tasty in the US. Also highly recommend the abanico iberico pork, it’s a umami bomb!
Service was fast and friendly. The waitress was very patient with me even though I didn’t speak Spanish.

Mi opinion de este restaurante podria ser discutible si se tratara de una opinión subjetiva respecto a la comida que nos han ofrecido este mediodia pero cuando la opinion esta basada en la evidencia poco se puede decir al respecto. Si vas as comer un menu del dia, te cantan el menu del dia eliges lo que te cantan y no te sales de del menu del dia lo normal es que te cobren el menu del dia, tu sopresa es a la hora de pagar que la cuenta se incrementa en un 40% por que cobran los platos que ten han cantado como menu de dia como platos de la carta. La queja expresada a la propietaria se resuelve con "es que esos postres no eran del menu" y te hace una cuenta chapucera con un boligrafo en un papel te "arregla el precio" hasta llegar "solamente a un 25% por encima del menu y con esto date por contento. Lamentable experiencia y peor si cabe la actitud de la propietaria. De la comida para el precio que se cobra en el menu podria recomendar sin andar mucho mas de 5 minutos desde ese restaruante una docena del mismo nivel o superior.
