Wow, what an absolutely incredible dining experience! We were so incredibly hyped to visit this place, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The location was just fabulous, and the food looked oh-so-nice. We eagerly sat down at precisely 20:40, ready to have our taste buds blown away.
But wait, the drama begins just a minute later! The table next to us had the audacity to complain about the food's quality. Of course, we decided to remain the eternal optimists, thinking, "Surely it can't be that bad, right?"
Time ticked away, and after a mere 20 minutes, someone finally decided to grace us with their presence and take our drink orders. Oh, but wait, the party isn't complete! Five more people join in on the fun.
By 10 o'clock, while the rest of the restaurant enjoyed their meals, we were still eagerly waiting for our burgers. It's not like we were the last to arrive or anything, but apparently, our orders took a detour around the entire restaurant before landing on our table.
We mustered up the courage to inquire about our missing food, and after a riveting investigation by the staff (probably involving deep contemplation in the kitchen), our burgers magically appeared! And the reason for the delay? Oh, it's the fault of the kitchen's "smallness," of course! Meanwhile, other guests received their orders, including complex dishes that supposedly took more than 20 minutes to prepare. Fascinating!
And here's the icing on the cake—no apologies, no gestures of goodwill, not even a slight discount on the check! Truly, their commitment to customer satisfaction is awe-inspiring. Needless to say, we simply cannot recommend this place enough. It's an experience you won't want to miss... unless, of course, you enjoy timely service, delicious food, and basic...
Read moreUpdated: after I left my review, I got a reply from the establishment (see screenshot 1) saying they have a price cap of 2.85€ for the beer, and that I must be in the wrong place (even though you can clearly see their logo on the receipt), they suggested I’d delete the review, using a nasty tone and accusing me of trying to hurt their business with my review. To my surprise, they decided to change their reply (see screenshot 2): claiming that at night their beer costs 4€ (which is insane btw, what a scam) and followed with the nastiest tone saying that if I expect to pay 2€ to go out for drinks (remember their first comment was about their cap beer price being 2.85€?) I should go and DRINK IN A PARK BENCH! Are you okay? Who’s writing these replies? 🤣🤣 extremely poor, nasty, rude customer experience management. If you’re going to scam people, the least you can do is be quiet about it, not coming publicly showing how rude and scammy you are. There are 10000 bars in Barcelona, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this one.
Original post: Paid 4,40€ for a clara and 6,60€ por a glass or red wine. Insane prices, specially for the Clara, double the price you’d pay anywhere...
Read moreI chose this restaurant and took one of my very good friends. I ordered the lexi burger which is their legacy dish and it came completely raw. I kindly asked then to cook it properly and it came raw again. The waiter was nice he kept apologizing. When it comes to my friend, she ordered sirloin beef wok. First they forgot to make it and only brought her the potatoes she ordered as a side. After like 15 minutes they ended up bringing her a tuna tataki and insisted that’s the beef she ordered. He finally realized he is wrong so he took it back and brought the actual beef dish saying that the chef was new. In the end, they only removed the burger from the bill as I lost my appetite and couldn’t eat more, but there was no other discount for the inconvenience. After my friend asked if there would be at least a little discount, they removed the water and brought the check back. When we were paying the lady at the cashier treated us quite rudely. She did not even look at our faces let alone apologizing. We just paid and left. Please spend some time training your staff and teaching the dishes on the menu or consider hiring someone who knows the difference between...
