Hideout Burger — Restaurant in Barcelona

As a loyal customer for over a year, I regret to share my recent, deeply disappointing experience. Despite my previous trust and understanding, I have encountered numerous issues, primarily related to my orders placed through Uber Eats.

Most recently, I ordered from [Restaurant Name] via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, this order was fraught with problems. My delivery, totaling €20, was mishandled, and I received neither the proper items nor satisfactory resolution. When I sought help, I was met with misleading explanations and unsubstantiated claims about video evidence that should have been provided in any legal context.

After repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with both [Restaurant Name] and Uber Eats, I found no satisfactory resolution. Consequently, I have taken legal action and reported the incident to the authorities.

It is with great disappointment that I must express my lack of confidence in this establishment. While they may present a facade of good service and intentions, my experience has led me to believe that they have not only failed in their duty to deliver but have also exhibited poor customer service and accountability.

The burger was delicious! I got the bacon jam and the sun-dried tomatoes was just the best! My mom hot the hideout burguer that was the classic with bacon and cheese BUT there was a bit spicy sauce that made it just delicious! My dad got another classic with salad and cheese and loved it as well. The best part was to read on the menu they could make ANY burguer veg ! This is something really important 👏👏👏 having that said my partner got another one I don't remember the name, with mushrooms and a nice sauce and they simply swapped the burger to a veg one, down side they only have the chicken-like burger, not the red meat-like one. Visited this place last night and tried a few things! Sweet potato fries, croquettes and the Oklahoma Burger! The fries were good, not out of this world but everything you expect from a sweet potato fry! The croquettes were excelente!!! I touch of heat with a slow cooked meet that was very very good!
