Little Caesars Pizza - Sants — Restaurant in Barcelona

04/11- around 13:00. I was so excited to see a Little Caesars opening, I haven't had LC's since I was a kid, so it came as a huge disappointment when we walked in to see the employee at the sales register technically wearing a face mask- around her chin. Neither mouth nor nose covered. And that the customer in front of us was doing the same. We asked her about it, but rather than apologising for the safety breach she got incredibly rude & defiant, and just pointed at the mask hanging from her chin and said something unintelligible, like "it's on." Honestly don't see the point of going through all the trouble of hanging the partition plexi if the employees aren't even following health and safety mandates. If can't she be bothered to wear a mask in front of customers, I seriously question what goes on when they are on their own. Since they didn't have any pizzas available anyways, we left without ordering anything, as we were really put off not just by the health issue but by her attitude, and didn't want to hang around. So no pizza for lunch and a nasty customer service encounter to boot....

With the current increase of the prices of all of their menu items, I don't think I can recommend Little Caesars anymore. Their pizzas going for 5€ (and later 6€) was a good deal back then for an affordable and (sometimes) quick junk food meal, but these pizzas are nowhere near good enough to be worth the 7€ they ask for for the cheapest ones (excluding the plain cheese and tomato one, the margherita). I do not really want to do this, but I recommend you choose Domino's Pizza if you feel like having junk pizza, as you will pay less and get more (if you use their coupons/app), or Pizza Hut as a pricier...

Primero de todo, me tienen esperando por más de 40 minutos, les digo mi número para saber qué pasa con mi pedido, 1 pizza de quatro quesos y 1 peperoni bread. Cuando pregunto, es ahí que me dicen que se han equivocado, cuando me han visto todo el rato esperando al lado de la barra y veo salir pedidos para gente que llega y se lo dan al momento. Cuando pasan otros 30 minutos me dicen toma tu pedido, y noto la pizza algo fría y el peperoni bread recién hecho eso si, pero ademas de entregar de cualquier manera, no dan ninguna disculpa. Me quejo de la tardanza y el chico encargado (entiendo yo que era el encargado ya que la chica de la caja parecía ser nueva), muy desagradable el chico, me dice: ES LO QUE HAY. ¿perdona? Como que es lo que hay... Un disculpa o es cierto, lo sentimos. No, una respuesta totalmente desagradable, un trato nefasto, sin disculpa alguna y faltando al respeto, después de que se equivocan ellos y me hacen esperar más de lo normal y le dan mi pedido a otro, fatal la atención y esto fue el sábado.

Se supone que el lema es calienta y listo, osea al momento.

Faltan a su eslogan, son mal educados y nada amables, además el local está tremendamente sucio.

Dije que pondría la reseña y aquí está, espero sirva de algo para los siguientes clientes, pues a mí ya me han perdido a menos que reciba...
