Instead, I found a limited selection of generic merchandise that could have been found in any sports store. Where were the exclusive items that truly celebrated the club's legacy and culture?

I ordered a shirt on November 6th, and it was not shipped until November 25th—19 days just to fulfill an order, despite paying $40 for shipping. When the shirt finally arrived, it was a bit too tight, and I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. Unfortunately, that option was not available—or at least it wasn’t communicated to me, even after I sent two emails. No one responded to explain whether an exchange was possible.

I ended up having to return the shirt at an additional cost of $30 for shipping.

Now, almost two months later, I’ve finally received a partial refund on my credit card, which doesn’t even include the taxes I paid for the shirt. To address this, I had to email them again, as there is no phone number available for customer support.

I cannot recommend buying from this store if you are outside of Spain. They are not competitive, and their customer service is non-existent. If you are unsure about your sizing, like I was, you could end up losing $70 and a significant amount of time dealing with these issues.
