I can't comment much on food quality - only was there a couple of times for coffee and pastries.

Clean, nice environment.

Manager was rude when we tried to use AC outlet for computer. He ended up deniying use - one would expect to: a) have outlets be available to any client b) have outlets be cancelled if management does not want customers using them

In any case, what didn't make sense is a selective policy - could be a cultural thing I was not aware of here in Spain. In my mind though, this was just plain...

si eres cliente regular, verás como las chicas asiáticas del staff bromean contigo y te tratan bien. Luego si eres como yo, que ha ido tres veces, te responderán mal, ni siquiera te limpiarán la mesa al sentarte, y cuando les haces una petición a la que no estén acostumbradas a oír, te verán con cara como si estuvieras LOCO; les pedí que me calienten un bocata que tenía lechuga y queso y me miró una de ellas pero TAN mal, que me dije a mí misma que no volveré MÁS. Que tiene de raro? Quiero que el queso se funda, y hay lechuga, pues qué más da? Yo no entiendo el sentido de literalmente mal predisposionarte cuando un cliente te hace una petición, tío, pues haceros otro tipo de empresa, porque os vendrán clientes de todo tipo que os pedirán cosas “raras” pero atención al cliente no es lo vuestro. Luego, el chef salió a fumar como 3 veces, lo cual no me parece para nada ético. La comida está bien, pero no te dirán ni buenos días, ni adiós hasta...
