Oakberry Açaí - Muntaner — Restaurant in Barcelona

I’ve been to Oakberry locations before, but this one was a total joke. The customer service was terrible. I kindly asked for a little more peanut butter along with the other toppings, and they said yes. However, when I got my cup it was mostly nothing but a cup full of granola with the tiniest amount of açaí at the bottom.

I went back to the counter, politely showed them the issue & asked for more açaí. Instead of addressing it, they looked at me up & down and rudely said, "Where do you want us to put it? You asked for a lot of toppings." I told them- Yes, I requested toppings, but other Oakberry locations create layers & add more açaí than this. This is nothing but granola.

They rolled their eyes, didn’t apologize or offer to remake it.

When I asked if I could get a bigger cup or something so they could add more açaí or at least help me to take some stuff off , the 3 ladies just stood there.

To make things worse, when I tried to mix it myself, my spoon broke because the cup was so packed with granola. I couldn’t even move anything around!

I ask again once I ate the fruits at the top & they then added another tiny amount, I ended up throwing it all away since there was nothing but granola!

It’s really disappointing to spend a lot for Açaí and no effort be made, not only with the product but also with the complete lack of customer care. Definitely won’t be returning to this location & I want my money back or replacement for spending my money here.

Good açai bowls but terrible customer service. The lady serving us at the counter was not very welcoming nor friendly to me and my boyfriend who were tourists and couldn’t speak Spanish. When our açai bowls were done being prepared, they were just placed on the counter without any of the staff telling us if that was our order or not. We had to flag down one of the staff to ask if that was our order.

AVOID AT ALL COST TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BE CHEATED WITH THEIR PRODUCTS.

Solemos ir a menudo (1-2 veces por semana) y dejarse casi 20€ por 2 açais tamaño Signature cada que vamos ya se considera un cliente fijo. Sin embargo parece que se tomaron demasiada confianza la señora/encargada/cajera o dueña para servirnos 2 açais con tres manchitas de crema de cacahuete en los pedidos y casi nada de cereal… lo deje pasar.

Hemos ido dos semanas consecutivas mas y paso lo mismo pero con otro empleado y hoy fue el colmo! Las dos chicas que estaban esta tarde tampoco saben servir el Açai Signature (tienen hasta la imagen para enterarse como servirlo!!!) les reclame que los 2 açais no tenían crema de cacahuete, plátano, cereal ni kiwi o fresa como pedí y me tiraron la crema de cacahuete como se ve en fotos… plátano y kiwi al final brillaron por su ausencia y la única fruta que tocó era una fresa entera y no cortada.

En conclusión los açais parecen vómitos últimamente y la calidad del açai también a decaído ya que le ponen demasiada agua y terminas tomándote un líquido morado plan granizado de lo liquido que esta.
