I have lived in Barcelona and learnt to do without an English Breakfast.
A few Irish bars 'claim to have an "irish-english breakfast", however its low in quality and they tend to source their sausages and bacon locally and if you are to have an English breakfast you need the mentioned above from the UK.
Its menu was in Spanish, specifically detailing the type.of.sauasges (salchichas inglés).
I questioned the waiter on the bacon as this was not mentioned, they advised there was a choice between English or Spanish.
20 minutes later I got my breakfast. it met my expectations.
I was no longer hungry and a certain hunger I had for ages went away.
