I have lived in Barcelona and learnt to do without an English Breakfast.

A few Irish bars 'claim to have an "irish-english breakfast", however its low in quality and they tend to source their sausages and bacon locally and if you are to have an English breakfast you need the mentioned above from the UK.

Its menu was in Spanish, specifically detailing the type.of.sauasges (salchichas inglés).

I questioned the waiter on the bacon as this was not mentioned, they advised there was a choice between English or Spanish.

20 minutes later I got my breakfast. it met my expectations.

I was no longer hungry and a certain hunger I had for ages went away.

Saw a sign with an offer for coffee, a “bikini” sandwich and freshly squeezed orange juice for 5 euros. Went inside and ordered that deal + a 1.80 euro chocolate croisssant. When the bill came, it wasn’t for 6.80, but well over 8 euros. He (the owner?) had itemized everything individually. It proved impossible to point out the logic of the 5 euro offer + the 1.80 crosssant, so paid the full bill. Chocolate croissant was dry and certainly baked yesterday, everything else...

Awful, lying and rude staff. Several (at least 6) empty tables and they asked me if I was drinking or eating, because I only said the former they tried to put me on a table with other people! Then when I said I don't know them they said all the tables were reserved. I hate these opportunistic rude money...
