Poke House - Diagonal — Restaurant in Barcelona

I am editing my review because I gave poke house one last chance and left very happy this time. It was a girl crew and things ran very differently. One of the ladies made my poke bowl just as expected, and I enjoyed every bite.

Portion control is out of control! I recently bought many in London, many in Madrid and this one was literally 1/2 full. I order a large with all the same ingredients every time. Very disappointed in this location! He made sure to charge me for all the extras and gave me the tiniest amounts. There are many other options here in Barcelona... (He was being extremely particular that it must have taken him 2 minutes to put the rice in the bowl making sure he was giving the most minimal amount. I had to order 2 scoops of green onions because he gave me only a few... They are just onions, you can spare a decent serving. I was here again today, but today was the last time. The food itself was very tasty and the service was always very good. However, the service was really very poor today. The sales clerk was super unfriendly and incompetent. She also hardly spoke any English. We ordered the size L. She skimped on the toppings. And the sauce was also super low. We also asked her for corn and she said it was empty. However, the customer after us got some again. She also tried to charge us extra money. The idea of the place great! Big choice of toppings and very tasty. The guy who did the bowl was so nice, but all the experience ruined the girl on the caja. She was very rude. Didn’t had a change, and just didn’t want to give me fool money back. It was wired and stressful. My man proposed to pay by card in this case, she got more nervous and wired. Till last moment I tried to keep my self good to that girl, told thank u, wished a good day, she just totally ignored us and started to talk to another people after us.
