If you want to buy expensive pieces of furniture and get ripped off on price, quality and get disrespectful treatment, then this is your place! Our sales person lied to us time and time again over the course of 5 weeks whilst withholding one piece of furniture (already paid for) and promising delivery in 2 weeks (it took 5). She lied, set false expectations, never called with information when she committed to doing so, and to be frank, she fooled us by lying straight to our faces. Our pieces of furniture finally arrived and we now have a designer couch with wonky legs that they refuse to help us with because it’s either a new sofa or nothing. What designer furniture brand is not able to help with proper legs to a sofa? We wish there was some more action we could take, but I urge you to spend your money somewhere else where you get the quality and service that you pay for…and get treated with respect (and where the employees respect each other - we did not want to hear from one of her colleagues when visiting her store how unreliable she is and that she didn’t show up for work when she was supposed to without them knowing why). Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with KARE in Barcelona. I purchased a piece of furniture advertised as marble on their website, but it turned out to be poor-quality fiberboard. Deciding to return it, I encountered a nightmare trying to get a refund. Despite their initial assurances, the process dragged on for months with constant delays and poor communication from both the customer service team and management.
The manager, a blonde woman, was the worst professional I have ever seen. Her ironic attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable, and she should not be working in a customer-facing role. On the other hand, Florencia, who assisted me, was very professional and helpful.
Every time I called, I was given vague answers and empty promises that my refund would be processed soon. It took countless phone calls and several visits to the shop to finally get my money back. Read moreSuper bad quality, low speed. We ordered a new console table on July 12th - the delivery was indicated as 4-5 weeks. However we received it only on September 10th. It had a broken part (table leg). We asked to replace it, just one part. After 2,5 month of waiting, totally unexpectedly (without any notice) a delivery came to take the console table that we had and to deliver a new one (not to deliver one part as was agreed). When we opened a new one...it had even more defective parts. I hope they will return the console table that we had and let us have a new part or have a new table that does not have defects. I cannot imagine waiting for another 2-3 months. The worst quality ever for a shop that has higher than average prices.
Upd 24/12 (a month after): Kare made the third shipment - even more defects. I immediately reported it, asking to return money, and I am waiting for about 10 days now for them to at least reply about the reimbursement of money. Hope they manage to do it this year… Really bad experience. I do not recommend to buy...
