We ate here as a family of 4 with two teenagers on a Friday night - we visited earlier in the day but were told they had stopped food at that time and to come back for dinner service at 8pm, and I'm so glad we did. They did not speak very much English but this was not an issue for us and they were very accommodating. My 17 year old is a wheelchair user and autistic and we were made to feel very welcome, he even got a lovely handshake from the owner as we left so this is clearly a very disability-friendly place. The food was fairly priced and delicious. We had the grilled sole, grilled salmon, iberican prey (like a pork steak - recommended by the owner) and a burger with onion and cheese. We were all very happy with our food and only wish we had found this place sooner as I imagine we would have been repeat visitors - sadly we had to come home at the weekend, but should we ever be in the vicinity again we will definitely be back! Read moreI have to echo the comments of everybody else. The owner/waiter didn't speak English but made me incredibly welcome. Explaining that I was Coeliac wasn't a problem and both the food and service were excellent. He even recommended the gluten free almond tart for dessert which was absolutely beautiful and paired with a sweet port.
