Bowling Pedralbes — Local services in Barcelona

The bowling balls themselves have big Knicks in them, which most people don't know can effect the way your ball travels down the lane. The service was practically nonexistent, we ordered food, it came and then no one showed up to ask if it was good or if we wanted more to drink. We ordered a burger and we were served an undercooked burger. Had the server of asked how I wanted it cooked ( medium or well done) maybe I would have not be so shocked. Neither the server nor the menu states that they cook their burgers, for what looks to be, three minutes. There was blood on the bun and that is what caught my attention. Two days prior we had dinner at George Payne bar and our burgers were pure perfection. They were cooked, so as to tell me that "here this is how we cook" and I'm just a customer that wants it "more cooked" is absurd. This server started arguing with us via Google translate and we were so fed up we didn't was it recooked we just wanted to pay for our beers and leave. Though they ended up not charging us for the beer or food we definitely don't think it makes us for serving someone undercooked food and then proceeding to argue. One of the most disgusting service I ever seen in my life. The guy waiter(looks like latinoamerican)was so rude and refuse to separate the bill, when I try to explain that we had this option previously he said, speak Spanish here ! I mean man, you will be working as a waiter all your life with this attitude. Do not come here if you want to have a conversation like that. But another waiter was super cute and nice he wear glasses and gold watch, he was trying to speak English while I was trying to speak Spanish when I said to him is it possible to eat here, he was very polite. Other thing we have a problem with the bowling system all the time it’s stuck so often so we didn’t have a proper game with our friends. And then come security guy telling us that he will kick us out if we throw ball again and it touch this bowling stand system. But it got STUCK and didn’t work. There’s so many place to have a nice bowling game but not this one with...

The place vibe is good, but I found the owner of bowling pedralbes racist. Today, we went to play games there, we played one game at bowling station number 9, everything was fine. But later we wanted to play second round, the guy at counter said there are people waiting, give 9 to them, after 15 minutes station 3 will be free (Spanish girls group was playing there). We waited 15 minutes, meanwhile a girl from the same group came and asked for a second game. As we were on the waiting list, the owner came and directly gave girls the second round while we were waiting already. He said to us, give shoes back, and wait 25 minutes more. When I asked him why he did not assign us, it was our turn. Instead of apologizing, he threatened us and said, "Do not insist, I won't let you play anymore if you ask me reason again." If you are a foreigner, it's never recommended to go here.

Quisiera informarle sobre una experiencia desafortunada que tuve recientemente en su establecimiento. A pesar de que la atmósfera del lugar es agradable, me encontré con una situación desagradable con el propietario del Bowling Pedralbes. Hoy, fuimos a jugar algunos juegos allí, jugamos una partida en la estación de bowling número 9 y todo estaba bien. Sin embargo, cuando quisimos jugar una segunda ronda, el hombre en el mostrador nos dijo que había personas esperando y que cediéramos la estación 9 a ellos. Después de 15 minutos, la estación 3 estaría libre (un grupo de chicas españolas estaba jugando allí). Esperamos los 15 minutos y, mientras tanto, una chica del mismo grupo vino y pidió una segunda partida. Como estábamos en la lista de espera, el propietario llegó y les dio directamente a las chicas la segunda ronda mientras ya estábamos esperando. Nos dijo que devolviéramos los zapatos y esperáramos otros 25 minutos. Cuando le pregunté por qué no nos asignó nuestro turno, en lugar de disculparse, nos amenazó y dijo que no insistiéramos, que no nos permitiría jugar más si volvíamos a preguntarle el motivo.
