Soy cliente habitual de esta cadena y siempre he tenido buenas experiencias en otras sucursales. Sin embargo, el miércoles pasado decidí probar la tienda de la calle Mallorca y fue una decepción absoluta. Pésima experiencia en esta ubicación

Desde el inicio, el trato de la persona que me atendió, una chica joven y rubia, fue desagradable. Estaba de mal humor y parecía hacer su trabajo de mala gana. Al hacer mi pedido, no solo lo preparó con desgana, sino que al momento de pagar, se limitó a apuntar la máquina con el dedo de manera poco cortés, sin hablarme y casi que ofendiendo mi inteligencia.

Lo peor vino al finalizar: simplemente dejó mi pedido en el mostrador sin decir nada, sin un “gracias” o “aquí tienes tu pedido”. La falta de amabilidad y profesionalismo fue sorprendente.

Entré con muchas ganas de conocer otra sucursal de una tienda que me gusta, pero salí con una vibra muy negativa y decidido a no volver a esta ubicación. Espero que puedan mejorar el servicio, porque está claro que no está al nivel de las demás tiendas...
