there was disaster in toilet. i buy coffee and cup cake and ask to go in toilet. when i get inside there was full disaster. happan so that my shoes get very derty because of this situation. i was in shok and when i return to this girl and aks to save my bag 1 minute because i must clean my shoes… shen first ask to pay money and then don’t pay attention to save my bag. i have to get inside again with my bag and phone and hang again it in this dirty place and clean my shoes with my hands without any help. really shok was also that this girl was with food and the same girl was to clean toilet whic was really dirty 😱🤢🤮 . instead of apologies and dont take money from me she done it worse. i have everything in my phone and i must spread it every where on social media. i need my money back and apologise. after this i hate every food and i feel i have smell on my shoes because she dont give me any help to clean my shoes good....

La verdad es que no iba a escribir ninguna reseña, porque no suelo poner comentarios negativos, pero es que esta situación ha sido ridícula. He comprado tres croissants pequeños (1,95€) y cuando he pagado, he cogido la bolsa, he dado la vuelta y dos de los tres croissants se han caído al suelo. Cuando he cogido la bolsa, la he cogido al revés, de la parte trasera. Obviamente, no me he dado cuenta y cuando me he dado la vuelta para salir del local, los croissants han volado literalmente. Le he pedido a la chica que si me los podía cambiar y su respuesta ha sido "Lo tengo que consultar porque al ser tu culpa no podemos darte dos nuevos". Efectivamente, ha sido mi culpa que se me hayan caído los dos croissants de la bolsa, pero no lo he hecho apropósito...
A los segundos, su encargada me dice lo mismo "por políticas de empresa y cómo ha sido tu culpa no podemos darle dos nuevos". O sea increíble que a una persona a quien sin querer se le hayan caído dos croissants, porque la bolsa no estaba correctamente puesta y la he cogido de la parte trasera, no le deis dos tristes croissants.
