Syra Coffee - Londres — Restaurant in Barcelona

Unbelievable customer service. I give 2 stars because coffee is good but the way the lady gave me attitude today around 16.20 (30.08.2023) was out of reach. I came to buy coffee for my father as a little present (roasted beans) and i was asking do they have 2 types of coffee beans - moremba or rita de cassia. She said no - so ok. I asked maybe she can check which shop i can find it, otherwise i have to walk trough all of them in Barcelona. She said i can order it online. Yes i know this, not a surprise. But im taking flight next day so i didnt have time to order.

I just really wanted to speak with some barista, maybe they can recommend another taste etc. Just have a nice conversation to get more information as i know its one of the most bestest coffee on town. Also i don’t know a lot about coffee so would have been nice to share some information. Im sorry if this is too much to ask. I really dont know..

Either way i asked another question, do you know at least which one is the biggest Syra coffee in town, maybe its possible to find it in bigger shop where is more choice. She said - IT DOESENT WORK THE WAY YOU THINK. Wow really.. Im sorry that i asked this way. Besides just not helping me with any of my questions she went to another side of the bar and avoiding me totally and just started to clean some cups and there wasn’t even nobody to serve. I was literally speaking alone in a shop, this lady just turned back on me.

I really don’t know if i was just too curious or what happened with this lady but i felt devastated after just trying to get some knowledge about product. Im a nice person but I really don’t like injustice. Customer service is an important job - im also working with clients and it's normal to ask questions! You can literally change a person day with just being nice and listen and not making faces.

I just really think to give a client good experience would be nice to help or guide a bit. Its not so much extra work. Maybe a client would come back after and buy even more things and recommend this to other people what would help company reach to the sky. Very mean attitude,...

If you are a coffee lover…this is a place you MUST visit! There are two types of coffee: the tradicional machine one, and the infusion one. The latest has great aroma and scent if you are an Americano lover, you should try this one. Cookies are also really good. The place draws you in. The cold latte was good, but nothing extraordinary, and the chocolate roll a bit dry on the edges (maybe the weather doesn't help) but good in the middle. I feel that the service was more focused on customers they already know than on the new ones, because they were more concerned about serving another known customers than me, who arrived before them.

Also, they don't have Cold Brew, so I need to change my drink for...
