The Ranch SmokedBurgers — Restaurant in Barcelona

My husband and I were happy to see a new burger restaurant in our neighborhood. We ordered the All Star and my marido ordered the Houston (Pulled Pork). The server was delightful and friendly and we had a nice chat while we waited for our food. However, once we were home and tasted the food, it was another story. My burger was chewy and there was a scant amount of "beef" on top. Mostly it was bun. My husband took one bite of his burger with "pulled pork" and said, "I can't eat this, it's like shoe leather." There was only one small strip of pulled pork that wasn't even pulled apart. And the burgers were not cheap. So, we were sadly disappointed. I don't know how the others who reviewed this new resto as great did so but perhaps they went on a night where the cook did a better job but the raw materials have to be there, like good beef. 🍔 The Ranch Smokehouse – Gracia’s Golden Burger Experience! 🥓

Today’s stroll with my dog in Gracia took an unexpected delicious turn when she led me straight to The Ranch Smokehouse. Even though the spot is new to the neighborhood, it’s already made a name for itself in Barcelona, especially with their All Star Burger – officially the 3rd best burger in Europe at the Champions Burger event 2023.

I had to put it to the test. Bronze medal or not, that burger tasted like gold! A true winner on every bite.

The Gracia location is tiny and mainly set up for take-away, but I grabbed a seat at the bar and enjoyed a great chat with the super friendly manager running the place.

If you’re looking for standout burgers and an authentic atmosphere, this place is a must. You can order online, but nothing beats smoke vibes onsite. Five stars...

Very good burger, I would said ever that one of the best I tried in Spain. Although at the beginning we thought that prices are a little bit high, but when finished our meal we changed opinion. It is worth to pay 12-15 euros for a burger which has a good piece of meat. Not as it happens in most of the places where a bread is a main ingredient. We also ordered the sweet potato's. There were prepared in a fresh oil. What I think that instead of ketchup they should have an own sauce. They were very tasty with the one of the "All star" burger. Very nice and small place which not many people known yet. That make it not much crowded. Very good to eat a calm dinner...
