This was our first stop off for our Barcelona experience.

Firstly it was small inside, on arrival I did consider checking out some where else, but there were a couple of seats free for the kids and in the ends two more seats freed up for us. Meant we weren’t sat on the same table but it was still a nice experience (being away from the kids😆)

The offer was quite small, I think we were hoping for something a bit bigger in terms of options…

But… actually it was great, kids had some super tasty chocolate filled croissants, the wife had a quiche (which I don’t typically like) and it was really tasty.

Pizza slices look a bit disappointing, but I was hungry and thought I’d order a couple of slices, well I bought the last one after. They heat it up for you in a grill and I tell you what, tasted lovely! I thought it was stale looking but when you bite into it is risen and tastes great.

We also had a frosted doughnut which was a bit hit!

Overall, loved it, would go back, would recommend and pleased we kicked...

Stumbled on this place and since I'm exploring the vegan options in Barcelona I had to give it a try! The first thing that struck me was that many of the quiches and cakes were uncovered with flies around them and in the heat. Also, none of it was refrigerated including the fresh baguettes and cream cakes. One of the baguettes appeared to have fresh brie on it too but was advised vegan. So be careful if dairy free...

I opted for a vegan quiche (I hope). It was 'warmed up' in the toaster but still came out cold. It was also served with white bread and drizzled in oil which I didn't ask for.

The staff were initially friendly but didn't seem to respond well to my cold food when I queried it 😔 The lady obliged anyway, albeit the food was a little bland.

I'd perhaps not go again as better, cleaner chain options from 365, generic shops and similar places.

On the plus side the organic espresso coffee was really nice and well extracted ☕ Good job on that. Advice is to work on hygiene, heat and...

I sincerely wish I could give this 5 stars as I am all for a good vegan cafe. But the coffee was probably the worst ever, super super weak, like coloured water to be honest. I’ve drank probably 100s of coffees in Spain over my few months here and it was my first one where I couldn’t even finish it. My husband who is not even a coffee snob like me, also said it was pretty bad… and strangely cold which was odd! They did warm it up for us which was appreciated but it still was lukewarm at best. Also, I was very much enjoying my pastry until the last couple bites which were raw. Yes, raw dough! We did tell the staff and they apologized but sadly we still had to pay for it. Even a minor discount would have been appreciated considering we couldn’t finish our treat. And by the way, we are both fluent Spanish speakers, from Spanish families and only used Spanish to speak...

Recommended! We loved their cousin Santa Vegana so we visited Vegan Corner for breakfast too. There are less seats but nonetheless a lovely atmosphere on the corner of some small streets. Nice English spoken service from the lady working there, she recommended the Leek quiche which comes with Pan con Tomate. It was tasty but for my taste the quiche could’ve been saltier/more spiced. The small raspberry chocolate tart was good. My partner had the delicious Nutella croissant again and a toasted hummus sandwich. We got cups of tea with cups and ice to make our own iced tea to drink. Definitely come here or their cousin Santa Vegana if you’re in Barcelona!
