Timesburg Paris — Restaurant in Barcelona

I've heard a lot of nice things from this burger chain but never really got the chance to experience it. So when we wanted to eat somewhere (burgerplace) new, we knew where to go to. We ordered the nachos xl from the get go so we had it being prepared while we choose our burgers and appetizers. Nachos was good. Looks like what they had on the photo. We had the timesburg burger, the burger of the month "el carnal", and the "la cabra". We also had cheese sticks and two big bowls of patatas bravas. Everything were really great however what stood out was the cheese sticks, and the "la cabra" burger. The service from Alex was very phenomenal. Well spoken, polite, and great knowledge of the menu. All in all, we had an outstanding dinner here and we'll be back for more in the future...

La visita al restaurante empezó mal. Nos atendieron a desgana y con la simpatía de una ameba después de unos minutos que parecían eternos. Nos comentan que podemos sentarnos arriba o abajo, donde nos fuese mejor. Tras subir e instalarnos en una mesa de arriba el encargado nos echa mencionando que da igual lo que digan los camareros, que ahí manda él y que arriba no se puede hasta que esté todo lleno abajo. Vimos que le pasó a otra pareja tiempo después. No hay comunicación, eso o el personal pasa de todo.

Nos llega la hamburguesa y la espera es algo larga, pero entendemos que tienen varios pedidos a domicilio y demás. Vemos que faltan las patatas y aun así empezamos a comer pensando que estarían al caer. Craso error.

Va pasando el tiempo y la hamburguesa se va terminando. Empezamos a fijarnos en si se la sirven al resto de clientes que han llegado más tarde que nosotros. Es entonces cuando viendo que le llegaban al resto de clientes que decidimos comentarlo. La camarera me contesta con un ok seco (sí, me dijo ‘OK’ tal cual), cosa que me llegados a ese punto ni me sorprende. Nos terminamos la hamburguesa y seguimos esperando de brazos cruzados. Veo como la misma camarera se harta de servirle raciones de patatas a otros clientes y decido quejarme directamente al encargado que no tarda en ponerle solución al asunto. Graacias.

Me choca especialmente que no haya habido ningún tipo de disculpa por parte de ningún miembro del personal pese a habernos tenido más de media hora de reloj esperando unas patatas fritas. Simplemente increíble.

La comida buenísima, eso sí. Volveré a otros restaurantes de la franquicia, pero este no lo quiero...

Excellent price/quality ratio, i.e. a very good burger at a very decent price. There's a good range of options though you can always go bespoke by ordering the basic burger and choosing whatever you like on it. A range of four ketchups/salsas with varying degrees of spiciness but you have to ask if you want mayonnaise and it comes in sachets. We go there quite regularly but, unlike most of the restaurants we visit, we've never developed any kind of relationship with the staff because they're never the same people,...
