Cafeteria Heladeria Casabianca — Restaurant in Benalmádena

The waitress who ‘served’ us was unpleasant from the moment we sat down. She was abrupt and dismissive. She handed us menus after we asked for them and she made it Out to be an inconvenience to her, as if we were supposed to already know what we wanted. We both decided to get two cheese toasties, two cokes and a portion of chips to share. While ordering, the waitress was rude and abrupt once again, talking to us like we were below her, but took our order. Few moments later a waiter came over and gave us forks and our drinks. Then our chips arrived, but no toasties. We ate half of the chips which were undercooked before we stopped. Our toasties never appeared so we decided to pay for what we got and leave. The reason we didn’t ask for our toasties after not receiving them is because we felt intimidated and unwelcome in this establishment. Just wanted to write a review of an experience we had at Cafeteria Heladeria Casabianca today, down on the marina.

As two family's of 4 adults and 5 kids we sat down and placed our orders for breakfast. Two male staff members were extremely rude and arrogant during the process of taking our orders and got even the drinks order wrong.

The got 3 meal orders wrong, one of which we had to send back. We just accepted the other two. They then forgot to put on two of the adult meals (Two full English breakfasts). When we asked how long more they would be, they said the chef forgot but that they would put them on now.

I can't express enough how ignorant and rude both male staff members were during the entire process of us querying about the food. The food came eventually so two of us adults ate when everyone else had finished 15 mins previous.

Me and my family have been to Benalmadena many times and love it here. Never have we experienced such rude staff members as we have in Casabianca...

We stopped in after a boat tour for some drinks and a bite to eat, the waiter that mainly delt with us (20s) was exceptionally rude when taking our order and slammed our things on the table in front of us. When I encountered him later in the corridor on the way back from the bathroom he was again exceptionally rude and went out of his way to give us dirty looks the whole meal. When the bill came they tried to overcharge us adding extra dishes to the bill in excess of €20s more than what we ordered. When we told them this they quickly fixed it but no apologies were offered. Food was pretty good and all food and drink came quickly but that one particular staff member, youngish man with tattoos was just so rude and really ruined the whole time...
