We are regular customers and have been coming often for the past year and more. Today we came to find out that the menu has changed. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! Some dishes have been removed and changed, but most importantly some of the best dishes have lost a lot of their charm. You know those amazing nachos in the hot plate you had before and you can see in the pictures from previous reviews? Nope. They don’t exist anymore. A very sad plate of nachos is now served. The cheese has changed to cheese sauce, no more guacamole or tomatoes on the side, a ridiculously small quantity of meat. The quantity of the nachos crisps is probably 1/3rd. The quantity of meat is 1/10th of what was previously served. Funnily enough, the we can now get better nachos in many of the chiringuitos around our home. The burritos: I used to get this incredible vegetables burrito with a lot of veggies inside, moist, very little rice and good quality ingredients. Today I got a burrito full of rice, dry and with a lot of cheap ingredients such as beans and potatoes. Didn’t have any real vegetables. Other dishes we ordered have not changed that much, but definitely lost quality. A real shame. We can’t say we won’t be back, because we like the place and most of all the staff (which is always hard working and amazing), but we won’t be looking forward to the visit with the same enthusiasm. Read moreMy wife has been 3 times to this restaurant in the last month and myself twice in the last 7 days during our family holiday. As far as the food goes, the chicken fajitas, the steak fajitas and meat nachos (creatures of habit) couldn’t have been better. Cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Drinks are very overpriced in particular the cocktails (10€) which aren’t any better than the other restaurants in the same location that average around 7€. The reason for my 3 star review was the service on my last visit. Firstly we were sat at a table outside to the right of the restaurant which wasn’t a problem as it was the only free but due to its location the staff seemed to just forget about us. This meant it took ages to order our food and getting more drinks was an impossibility unless we were to go try and grab someone while they catered to our guests. This then coupled with them not bringing out my daughters Cajun fries which again by this point we couldn’t be bothered chasing the staff around the restaurant for their attention. The icing on the cake was when the bill came and we informed them the fries never came, the waitress (wish I got her name) just rolled her eyes, didn’t apologise and took the bill including our payment and just never returned to the table.

We can definitely see how the management at the Metro Group take these situations seriously and have treated us with such kindness going above and beyond to make sure we feel that their response to this incident was appropriate. We will definitely return if in Benalmádena again purely based off the morals of this company.
Myself and three friends (4 young women) visited the restaurant for dinner yesterday. We were appalled by the behaviour of the waiter Peter constantly touching us, speaking inappropriately and even going as far as to pull up one of our skirts under the table after we dropped something. The four of us made it very clear to him throughout the evening that we did not find it funny and asked him to stop repeatedly which he ignored. He was relentless and arrogant disregarding our numerous requests for him to stop. Pedro the manager was extremely helpful, understanding and reassuring when dealing with this situation and we cannot fault him at all. However overall this behaviour is inexcusable and we hope appropriate action will be taken so no others are treated in this disrespectful manner as unfortunately a lovely evening was ruined by Peters relentless inappropriate, unsolicited and...
