I just walked into this bakery this morning March 9th at 10.20am when the store wasn’t even busy. I faced the same shop attendant than the last time that I went to this location. She was very rude the first time, but I didn’t say anything. But this morning, I had to endure again her stupid and bad attitude towards me. So strange that she didn’t treat the other local Spanish clients the same way as she did with me (I am originally Asian). As I entered, I was browsing the pastries and grabbed a bag of cookies and she told me with an aggressive tone and an antipathetic face to give it to her. Encargé una tarta para un cumpleaños. Tahona en avd Federico Garcia Lorca. La dejé pagada, que para eso si que te atienden bien y rápido. Me dieron un número de teléfono para enviar la foto que quería poner en la tarta. Pues bien, cuando le mando la foto a ese WhatsApp me dice una mujer, que eso qué es, que a ella no tengo que mandarle nada, que ya me contactarian al dia siguiente para darme un número de telefono donde mandar la foto. Al dia siguiente, viernes, viendo que nadie me contacta llamo a este único número que me dieron y esta mujer me da otro numero al que mando la foto por Whatsapp. El sábado, dia de recoger la tarta, viendo que nadie me llama , envio un whatsapp a este ultimo numero preguntando a que hora estará lista la tarta, y me contesta que no lo sabe, que llame a la panaderia... Osea, resulta que este era el proveedor (en malaga) y no la panaderia (en benalmadena) entonces vuelvo a escribirle a la chica de la panaderia y me dice QUE NO LE VUELVA A ESCRIBIR QUE ES SU NUMERO PERSONAL, QUE ELLA ESTA EN SU CASA Y QUE VAYA A LA PANADERIA SI TENGO ALGUNA PREGUNTA. Vaya maleducada y poco profesional!!!! Escribo al proveedor para pedir el numero de la panaderia, ya que en internet no aparece ninguno, y nisiquiera me responde. Voy a la panaderia y la tarta estaba alli, pero vamos si no voy yo, nadie me llama ni nada, como ya estaba pagada, les importa un.... Le comento lo sucedido a la mujer que habia alli atendiendo, y ni un "lo siento" ni una explicacion.. Solo procede a reirse... Han perdido un cliente definitivamente, profesionalidad 0, trato al cliente 0, espero que si el dueño ve esto se replantee si esa es la imagen que quiere dar para su empresa.. Las empresas no solo cierran por crisis, tambien si no sanes manejar tu negocio y vas perdiendo los pocos...

Shame, I would have given 5 stars for the pastries except the customers service not being good or nice. The 2 staff ladies d9nt speak English and told me not to make video which is bizarre and rude where I come from. I never heard before from any place selling food because they know Showing your pastries to my friends, family locally here and or followers on social media brings free advertising attention and more customers to you which is why they usually give us free food and items to thank people not say no...
