I don't usually write reviews, but this restaurant really deserves it. Not far from the center of Benalmadena, we arrived very early and there was only one table occupied. We are a family of two adults and a four-year-old child with a cow's milk protein allergy. As soon as we explained the situation, they were very attentive to my son's concerns. We ordered lasagna, truffle ravioli, and tomato pasta for him. The food is exceptionally well-prepared; the ravioli were phenomenal, the lasagna was also very good. The service was 5-star, and the price was equally fair (and cheap these days). Read moreIt is not on the main strip but it is really worth a visit: the Italian chef Claudio is making this little restaurant a real heaven of delicious specialities of the Italian cuisine. I have been there many times and I can't name a single thing I haven't enjoyed at the fullest. Don't go and ask for pizza (go to a pizzeria for that) but enjoy any of the starters (mixes of Italian cold meats and cheese or crostini with many different interesting combination of top quality foods), of pastas or meats.... Read moreThe food is excellent, the service is superb, one can feel the Italian accent that makes the whole experience worthwhile. My only comment is the size of the portions in pasta dishes. I ordered the raviolis with truffle sauce, super delicious but the portion looked more like a ‘tapa’ than a dinner ration. I think if they size of portions is increased in 20 to 25% it would be just right, specially because the category of the restaurant is not white table cloth/high gourmet, but a family-owned true Italian.
