Spark Lounge Bar — Restaurant in Benalmádena

If you’re anywhere near Torremolinos and love Italian food, RUN to Spark! This gem of a restaurant, run by Andrea and his lovely wife, is a masterclass in Italian hospitality, friendly and elegant.

We tried pretty much half the menu: mushroom risotto, pizza, steak, ceasar salad, pasta, lasagne and of course the tiramisu. Every single dish tasted out of this world. I know for sure because we came back three times! When I asked for steak, Andrea voluntarily brought weight and measured raw steak infront of me! Fresh, homemade, and perfectly flavoured, this kind of food that makes you wonder why you ever bothered eating anywhere else.

And the drinks... let’s just say we might have lost count after the fourth round, but somehow each one tasted better than the last. Andrea even offered us their homemade limoncello, if he kept the bottle on the table, it wouldn't last long!

Amazing food, exceptional people, and an experience that makes you want to book a return flight just for dinner. Grazie mille! Spark truly lives up...

Now I see why there is an 4,8/5 - many of the reviews were meant for a bar in Benalmadena with the same name.

Anyway, thanks for the food and service even though you ended up aggressively demanding me to pay for a water which I did_not_order, and didn't even have balance for. Perhaps you just had a bad day, however in principle it's inacceptable to blame others for your own mistakes. The least you should now do is to apologize your behavior torwards me in a form or another. It's all about principles and honesty which apparently do not hold high priority in your worldview. I'll give you a few days to think about it and what you've caused or I might even come back to get back the remaining 1,18€ with the police.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein rundum großartiger Besuch!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant und wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Die Pizza war fantastisch – knuspriger Boden, perfekt belegt und super frisch. Der Apéro war liebevoll angerichtet und bot genau den richtigen Start in den Abend. Das Highlight war für mich die Calzone mit Nutella zum Dessert – warm, fluffig und herrlich schokoladig. Ein süßer Abschluss, der den Besuch perfekt gemacht hat. Service, Ambiente und Qualität der Speisen waren top – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Fuimos por primera vez a este restaurante y quedamos encantados. La pizza estaba increíble: masa crujiente, ingredientes frescos y bien equilibrada. El aperitivo también fue excelente y muy bien presentado. El postre fue la estrella: una calzone de Nutella caliente, esponjosa y deliciosa. ¡El final perfecto para una gran cena! El servicio, el ambiente y la calidad de la comida fueron impecables. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

This was our first time at the restaurant, and we were truly impressed. The pizza was amazing – crispy crust, perfectly topped, and super fresh. The apéritif was beautifully served and set the tone for a lovely evening. The dessert stole the show: a warm, fluffy Nutella calzone that was rich and delicious. A perfect sweet ending to a great meal. Service, atmosphere, and food quality were all excellent – we’ll definitely be back!
